I am traveling with two friends so we stayed in a private room (two bunks). Very clean, shower in the room, there are cabinets with locks assigned for each bunk (in case you were sharing the room with strangers. There is a large canteen area on the ground floor - people were microwaving and eating their own food. There are...

We had two night booked, paid for and confirmed at this place. We had a late arrival, but had called in and were told it would be fine. Then when we got there a little after midnight, the check-in machine didn't work and the person on the phone was far from helpful. We had to look for a new place,...

Little to recommend this place. The room had 3 bunks shoehorned in which meant that you had to squeeze along the side of one to get into the bathroom. The window hardly opened (it was blocked by a bunk) which made the room airless and too hot to sleep in. Dreadful.

We got an ok private room but the double bed was quite small. The wifi connection in our room was quite strong. You could also use the computer in the kitchen. Free coffee or tea and there is a living room in the cellar. Just be aware that the main entrance is locked until the reception opens at 4.30p.m. If...

If you don't mind sharing a room with total strangers, and are happy to find your own way around, this is a cheap and gracious place to stay. Free WiFi, close to shops and public transport, and offers private rooms to those whose need that is. Bilbao is one of my favourite cities, so I admit to being biased.

The hostel is in a nice location, close at the center, have nice and clean rooms, and very friendly staff. They give you towels and sheets free. Also the room is very hot (for the winter). We had a discount 10€. wifi is available but the signal is weak. There is also a kitchen that you can cook and they offer free coffee.

Very friendly staff, good wifi, clean and uncomplicated. In the city centre near the Guggenheim museum and the river. Ten minute walk from the coach station, metro and bars/restaurants around the corner.

This hostel was sort of typical for a cheaper option in a city. There are 2 reasons that I am giving it a low rating. First they did not give us the advertised price from their website. They overcharged us 10E per night for 2 nights. I find this annoying and something you expect from a 3rd world country which...

In 2013 I was in this Hostel. The street is very quite, it has some bars and has supermarkets. It was in November and we had to pay to blankets because it was to cold! You can leave this on the fridge and you have a nice room to eat where you can meet some people from other places.
