First i need to say: great location! it is located in city center, 10 min to old town, 10 min to the beach, 2 min to supermarket, 10 min to bus station. Very lovely old house with beautiful stairs and elevator. Rooms are pretty small with comfy beds. There is small balcony and gorgeous door with stained-glass window.

The location is great for the price you pay. Not a fancy place. We were trying to find a place to stay in a very busy season, and this was the most affordable. The room was modern, and had a lot of space, but is not fancy. The bathroom was big. It is an affordable place to stay in an... More

This is a no frills place. But the a/c is cold, the facilities clean, the staff friendly. Its location in the city is great! Its a really close walk to the beach and Old Town and your in the heart of shopping here. It is bit hard to find and if you drive parking to unload is pretty much impossible.... More

I booked the room based on peoples review's on Expedia, while I cant fault the friendliness of the staff at the "hotel" it really was not a great exprerience. We could hear people on the toilet and in the shower in other rooms and being woken up in the early hours of the morning to this was not a great... More

This is more like a hostel than a hotel. Situated on the first floor of an old building, interior rooms have no natural light due to a very small light well in the centre. Room was painted grey which didn't help to 'lift' it either. Bathroom had a damp smell - shower curtain was orange and mildew at the bottom,... More

We had an room on the inside of the hotel. The room had a window. It was quiet small but was fine. The location of the pension is very nice. 10 minutes to the old town and the same to the beach etc. Staff was very friendly and we could leave our luggage when we checked out and we wanted... More

Perfect location at the heart of San Sebastian shopping area. Surrounded by restaurants and shops. Approximately 10 min walk to the beach or to the old part. Very helpful and friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms with air conditioning system and a small balcony. I loved the staircase and the elevator. It was a very convenient stay. Value for money!

The location in the new part of the city is central, close to shops and only a short walk (5-10mins) to the beach and the old town with all the pintxo bars. The old town would no doubt be quite noisy at night so this was a quiet alternative. We had a triple room and while a tad crowded was... More

Great location in the middle of town. Rooms are small and basic, can be noisy on the street side, the lift makes getting the luggage up easy. The room was kept clean. Staff are very helpful. The living room was great for our party of eight to meet and use the Wi-Fi. The great value for the central position.

Staff was extremely helpful, location is great - away from the crowded old town, but just 10 minutes walk. Rooms are clean, but some of them are very small. They have a deal with a parking garage by the beach - 16 eur/day. One caveat, rooms facing st Martin will be noisy (main street traffic: many cars, busses, occasional truck).... More
