We took the train from Madrid to San Sebastian. What a beautiful city with fabulous beaches. The Tapas bars were great too. All the flavors of Spain. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff (family owned) is SO helpful. Interior rooms are a bit small and a little confining but hotel location is great. Nice and quiet at night. Would...

Dear Customer: Many thanks for your nice review. I agree that what is great in our location is to be close to all the action in the old town but away from its noice. Thanks again and do not forget in asking about me in your next visit, I would love to meet you. Iñaki Azurza Manager

Very clean hotel with a nice room. Reception staff could not have been more helpful and advisory. Parking is a problem but that could be the same for any hotel in the city. We would definitely stay there again. Preferably when it is less windy.

Great little hotel near the old part of San Sebastián! No lift but only 1 floor up. Rooms small but clean and more than adequate! Staff are very welcoming and eager to offer advice on what's happening in town. All in all a good place for a small break.

Nice rooms, Clean, Great location close to the water and Old Town. Train Station is an easy walk right along the water. Helpful staff. Internal rooms look over a nice courtyard. Close to some great reasonable food. Surfing Beach is close and swimming beach is about a 15 minute walk

Dear Customer: Many thanks for your nice review. I agree that our location is one the best to visit San Sebastian: in the city center, by the Old Town and in the middle of San Sebastian's two bays. We try to keep our rooms updated, and as clean as possible. And above all, our team believe in good service, so...

Bathroom was also tiny but had a good pressure shower.we didnt have the breakfast but as ever it is cheaper and better to go down the street. Dear Mr. John O: Many thanks for your good review. I agree that our location is very good to visit the city: a block away from the old city and in frotn of the sea. Very pleasant staff on reception, I paid a low price so received a room on the inside of the hotel with a window onto a small central courtyard where washing was hanging and there were a lot of loud voices late into the evening. Dear Customer: Many thanks for your good review and for the good words about our staff. Let me tell you that many of our regular customers decide to stay in interior rooms not only because of the price, but also because they are quiter than the external ones. This hotel is so welcoming and convenient. The staff at reception is trilingual (or cuadri if they speak Basque) and go out of their way to be helpfull, especially the red headed receptionist, Eider. The facilities are absolutely fine and the location is ideal... a stone's throw from all the hoopla but not in the midst of all the noise....
