Great for walkers
Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
My husband and I stayed at Bo hotel for a week in July. Hotel is very well located, trip from the airport took only 15 mins, there are plenty of restaurants around to enjoy in the evening and yacht marina is only 5 mins walk away.
On arrival we were greeted by reception staff and promptly taken to the restaurant to be served a welcome cava and to complete check in process. I appreciated the explanation what COVID-19 rules were in place I.e. masks had to be worn in side and outside.
Our room on 2nd floor was specious with a comfortable king size bed, desk (this was important as we worked for couple of days) and good coffee making facilities.
Roof top terrace was very quiet most days which was nice for not having to worry about social distancing and mixing with other guests.
What really set this hotel apart was the service. Nothing was too much to ask, everyone was friendly and ready to help; from restaurant and beach recommendations to requesting a kettle in our room, extra coffee etc.
Given this was our first trip since COVID-19 we were apprehensive at first but hotel made us feel very welcome and I would definitely recommend to other travellers.

We were so pleased with our stay at BO hotel. To begin with the staff are all lovely and professional. By the time we left after a week we had become very fond of Javier, Janice, Donato, and Jairo. They all went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful, nothing was too much to ask. It was evident they were thrilled to have guests again - they clearly all love their jobs and truly care about the experience of the guests. Every morning the breakfast was freshly made with love by whomever of those was on duty that morning, Simple yet tasty and extra great with a glass of cava to start the day! The room itself was very clean and tidy and had all the necessities along with lovely Molten Brown toiletries (a favorite personally), Housekeeping did a very nice job keeping things clean and stocked. Note there is no shower curtain or door so the waterfall shower can get the floor wet just be sure to keep your things on the counter. There is construction just next door but it was only during the daytime and not on Sunday at all. It was clear they were trying to be unobtrusive and polite with the timings of the noisy work, The hotel is just steps away from the Cathedral, great restaurants, the bicycle rental shop, and shopping. Spain had just opened the restaurants and shops from the plandemic the first day we arrived so that was very lucky coming from Germany where we were still in lockdowns. Although the hotel is small, it is well thought out with a cute tiny rooftop area to lounge in the sun and order drinks. There was a jacuzzi but it was still closed unfortunately. The hotel restaurant, Ritzi , was very good as well, although had a limited menu. We especially enjoyed the beef filet, and the truffle pasta made in the parmesan bowl. Cesar salad is also excellent as well as the goat cheese salad. It had been months since we had dined at a restaurant so this was a real treat. We hope to visit BO Hotel again and would recommend you check it out,

Very impressed with this hotel. We visited as a couple without children for one night when attending a wedding locally. The staff couldn’t do enough to help us from the minute we stepped foot in the hotel.
When entering, we were shown to the lovely bar area for a complimentary drink of our choice while the receptionist input our details onto the system and checked us in. Our bags were taken to the room for us while we had our drink and we were also earlier than the advertised check in. The staff were very attentive thereafter organizing for an iron and ironing board to be promptly brought to the room and a taxi for us early the next morning.
The bar is beautiful. We didn’t try the food but it looked great. The room was of a great standard and well appointment and extremely clean.
The location is fantastic, a 2 mins walk to the marina and old town.

Beautiful boutique hotel, very clean and well appointed. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Ideally located in the old town. We stayed in a double deluxe room in order to be able to have the option of twin beds as it was a mother and daughter trip. Lovely Molton Brown products in the bathroom, Illy coffee machine in the room and a kettle upon request so we could make tea. Minibar very well stocked. We enjoyed a nice glass of cava as a welcome drink. Continental breakfast was fresh and plentiful with the option of scrambled eggs. Would stay again if in Palma.

Location is excellent but it is obviously visible on the map. Warm and professional welcome, complimentary welcome drinks. Jacuzzi on the roof top with cathedral views, towels and sunbeds. Open also at night and you can call anytime to get drinks or snacks delivered. We had the basic room but it was excellent. Espresso machine, great selection of drinks in the mini bar, best quality cosmetics, bathrobes, jbl speaker, excellent WiFi, super comfortable bed with proper quality sheets. And plenty of pillows. The bathrooms are amazing. The best shower. All in all, good for young people or couples. Special credits to the Polish receptionist who made us feel very welcome and relaxed from the moment when we stepped in.

Stayed here for a weekend and it was perfect! Location was central to the main part of Palma and the rooms were clean, beds were comfy and staff was great! Jairo from the front desk was really helpful! Recommend that if you come during a busy season to ask the staff to book your restaurant reservations and if possible, rent a car so you can see all of Mallorca, which we did not have the time for. The best beaches are not in this area and the real beautiful ones are too far by taxi. The rooms face the street and it does get noisy but quiets down around midnight. It's Mallorca-people come to have a good time so getting an early night's sleep isn't to be expected.

We stayed for 3 nights, had a very premium experience all-round.
The staff on reception were an absolute pleasure to deal with each day and upon check-in/out. They even ordered us a taxi for our airport trip.
The terrace was perfect for a short bit of sun during warmer days.
The only issue we had was the noise from the cleaners in early hours cleaning rooms beside us meaning we were unable to sleep in.

Location, location, location. This 20 bedroom boutique hotel is in the old part of the city, a stones throw from the cathedral, the restaurants and bars, the high end shops, the marina, etc…. The hotel room was spacious, modern and airy. The bathroom was huge and impressive. All of the staff we met could not have been more helpful and friendly. Excellent value for the quality of the hotel. Highly recommended.

The hotel is right near Passeig de Born, the sea, the Cathedral, and the wonderful streets lined with restaurants and shops. Only 4-5 euro taxi fare to congress center, and the beaches in that area.
Beds are very comfortable. Rooms are cleaned to a very high standard (y gracias to the hardworking cleaning staff!). Food is wonderful, breakfast is very good, and service was excellent.
What really sets this hotel apart from its competitors is the staff- the front desk staff were always helpful, accommodating and attentive. We very much appreciated they arranged breakfast for us even though we had an early 5:30am departure. And such a kind employee who ensured we had time to finish the strong cafe con leche he made us, even when the taxi arrived (early). Gracias ! We would definitely stay here again. Muchas gracias !

Rooms at the Bo Hotel are not tiny at all. We stayed seven nights and enjoyed every single one of them. The rooms are in fact spacious, the location is superb and the staff is very friendly. The restaurant had an excellent menu and all items are fresh and delicious. From the hotel most attractions or interesting areas of the city are at walking distance.
There are more places to choose from in the Palma de Mallorca area.
