What a great little hotel, perfect location ,right on the promenade to walk or cycle along. The hotel has only 20 rooms, so you feel you are staying in a very special place. The hotel has great history and is a very beautiful Moorish building. We stayed room only and went along the beach to have breakfast and lunch etc. Buses are just at the end of the road, 2 euros into Palma and they run very 7 mins. Amazing. Why drive. We felt really looked after by the staff at the hotel . The manager was amazing and although our flight wasn’t til the evening we had a room to use that had a shower and towels etc, so it was like an added bonus. We loved it here and Mallorca is beautiful.

Great small cosy hotel with a wonderful garden, and great location, less than 50 meters from the sea. The beash is only 20-30 meters wide and not too crowded. The hotell staff are all super friendly and service minded. The garden rooms and superior rooms can be highly recommended. The breakfast is a bargain and very nice with a quite large variety of warm dishes as well.

Very nice hotel, staff very friendly, we got a nice room facing the sea. On the negative side I failed to understand why they charge extra to use the safe in the room. When you pay 230 euro for a room, what's the point of charging an extra 3 euro to use the safe? Safes should be there to enhance guests experience, not to make extra money.

This is not a 4 star hotel - the conversion of this building into a hotel has not been done well. The hotel and in particular the rooms are tired - the en suite bathrooms need to be renewed. the outside area and pool are not great either and the pool was dirty and clearly needs to be cleaned more regularly.

Perfect in almost every aspect. Close to the beach, Amazing terrace to the room. Friendly and attentive service, excellent breakfast. The only two things I could think of for improvement are the quality of pillows - important to me and more frequent pool cleaning. The pool is in a lush garden with lots of little animals and leafs flying around (and into the pool). That must be looked after.

Hotel is in a great location literally on the beach and about an hours walk to the Cathedral in Palma Old Town. Great bus service is 5 minutes walk away. We had the panoramic room view and whilst the room was small the balcony area with Cabana overlooking the beach was superb. Very personal service and very relaxing. Able to hire bikes at the hotel to use on the excellent cycle path all the way to Arenal and Palma Port.

Personal was top notch, helpful, friendly and always smiling. Helped us with everything from taxi to excursions to rental of a car or just with a lovely talk. We even got an upgrade as it was our honeymoon to a room with a spectacular view and terras with sea-view. Location of the hotel couldnt be better, between Arenal and Palma center and right in front of the sea. Was truly a great customer experience the whole week made possible by Miguel and his great colleagues (forgot the name of the sweet lady at the reception).

While the building is an old 1920, it felt like walking into my grandmas old home, tired, lack of brightness, character, and the furniture felt like a second hand shop. Arrived a day late because of plane issues and therefore paid €400+ for one night because of the policy. Ok, but they wouldn’t add breakfast, not even a coffee for breakfast… and no kettle or anything in the old tired crowded room. Definitely not worth the value

The Hotel Ciutat Jardi is a very charming and friendly hotel, close to the beach. Lovely breakfast in the gardens. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. Perfectly located by a safe family beach, an easy bike ride or bus journey into Palma.

Stunning hotel, lovely staff, we had breakfast sent to our room and ate it on the stunning balcony which was exceptional. The location is gorgeous, great for beach swims and lovely long walks. We walked all the way into Palma from the hotel which is an amazing walk. Will definitely be staying again
