The beds are comfy and quite large. Individual light and socket on the bed. Curtains not really thick and old looking.
Aircon was too cold, especially considering the thin blanket provided.
You have to make your bed on your check-in. No towels provided and lockers for rent.
It seems they didn't clean the bunk beds for a while. Toilets and showers didn't look clean neither.
Kitchen is not a kitchen actually, just a worktop with a microwave.
Wi-Fi was very slow at the rooms and not very fast at the common areas.
But the worst was that the staff was shouting while talking ¿by phone? during the quiet time (from 11PM till 8AM).

If you're over 30 years old you can't stay there without special license.

Hence there were 28 beds in my room, it was difficult to sleep. People were coming in and out, no space for luggage since there were at least 22 guests in the room! There was no rooftop or balcony to dry off clothes in a beach destination like Mallorca. Also, there was a 10-euro fee if you were above 30 year-old, it could only be paid through the international hosteling card! Photos online of the hostel looked much better than reality to a point I felt so bad that I had been deceived. WiFi didn’t cover the entire room, the beds close to the glass exit door had very weak connection. The hostel was far away from the historical and commercial center, around 45-minute walk, but very close to the harbor if arriving by ferry. The communal area was clean and tidy, bathroom had three showers and was relatively clean. Receptionists are very kind and helpful.

Seariously, dont book this hostel! For the same price you can stay in a decent place!
Worst hostel I’ve ever been!
To start with, no one gave us the locker key.
Too many people in the same room + air conditioner with what seems to be mold = flu.
Bed lights didn’t work.
Wifi didn't work.
The bathroom was dirty and stinking of sewer soooo much. Disgusting!
The “kitchen” is only a microwave. Cant cook at all..
No one respects silence, even the RECEPCIONIST girl entered the room in the middle of the night talking and laughing loud.
And if it wasn’t enough, we stayed 2 nights out in another part of the island WITHOUT cheching out, and when we came back our bads were occupied, they were’nt able to find any available beds for the last two days, and they don’t even want to give us partial refund!

First of all, when I booked it wasn't clear that they have 28 beds in the same room!
The receptionist was rude, making stupid and unappropriated jokes and even went to my bed awake me to charge 5 euros key deposit instead of asking when I was at the reception.
Has no lockers enough;
The Bathrooms has no toilet paper ;
4 of 5 showers was out of order;
The linen was dirty;
I asked my money back to find other place, but they refused any refund.

Staff is very friendly, love the privacy you have in the little cubicles. It smells clean, they have automatic airrefrezheners in every room. Showers/toilets sufficient, but showers could use some new heads and kitting. Location is good. Bus 1 and 3 very close, these are the ones you'll need the most.

There isn't much I didn't like, but a stove to cook food would have been nice. There is just a microwave. There is a big fridge and enough kitchen supplies.

I just feel that it's overpriced because it's a hostel. I booked 2-3 days before coming there and I payed around 250 for a week. Maybe it's expensive because it was close to the arrivingdate, but I still feel like that's a bit much for a hostel where there are no ways to cook a descent meal and you share everything.

But, I would come back. Because the location is good, the staff is friendly and it was clean and smelled good.

Customer service disgusting, my flight from the UK today was cancelled due to bad snow weather, i had advised the hostel as soon as i could and they will not refund me, even when i have said can we meet half way and i pay for a couple of nights, this place is popular and have already sold my accommodation plus still have a weeks worth of money from me. I'm gutted to have lost out on a holiday as my granddad died last week and this was my chance to get away but now out of pocket and still in the UK with snow.

Stayed in this hostel for 4 nights in early September while visiting Palma.
Location: walking distance to Bellver Castle, restaurants and bars, the Marina and the Port. Very well connected in terms of buses (Airport bus stops very close "Can Barbera" stop) and other buses (for example to Illetas) almost in front of the hostel. I walked along the marina from the hostel all the way to the Cathedral - it was a lovely walk and took under an hour so i would recommend it.
Service: all staff were so friendly and helpful, they kept the place really tidy and were always up for a chat
Cleanliness: for someone who is really fussy and never found hostels appealing, I was taken aback by how spotless, stylish and modern this place was, I felt comfortable and happy.
General facilities: vending machines (plus machine for hot/cold drinks) in common seating area, fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwaves, crockery, cutlery, towels, etc), magazines, books, towels for shower (5 euros deposit that you get back), bike rental, clothes airer, washing machine and tumble dryer
Bathroom: WC in common room, mens bathroom and women's bathroom. toilet cubicles and shower cubicles, hair dryer, toiletries caddies
Rooms: I had an all female dorm with 8 cubicles. All cubicles had an individual locker at the bottom which could fit a cabin sized suitcase and other items (shoes, handbags) for security. Air conditioned at all times and automatic lights stopped coming on at about 11pm to avoid disturbing anyone sleeping. Cubicles included bedding, main light, reading light, storage, and a hanger. The room also had a bin, sofa, extra plugs and a full length mirror. Very quiet at all times really so no disruption at all when i was sleeping or chilling out.
Value for money: excellent! £136 (140 euros) for 4 nights and 4 euros tax (for all 4 nights)
Thank you for making my first hostel experience and my first solo travel experience so wonderful! I would fully recommend this place!

Very nice staff: helped me during my two-day stay a lot! Very clean and modern as they just opened it couple weeks ago. After my awful experience at Mimosa Guesthouse this place was like a treatment! Location is amazing: just couple of minutes to the bus stop! Close to the ferry port! Overall an amazing experience. I would definitely visit this place again.

A really clean place with good beds and privacy curtains. Good lights and ventilation. Wifi is OK but works only in the common room. The kitchen is clean but quite simple with no possibility to cook f.ex. eggs. Unfortunately there is no garbage separation (plastic, metal, other). Except the dining area there is no other common areas in- or outside. Close to a shoppingcenter and smaller supermarkets. Very good and spacy lockers but you have to bring your own lock. It is about 4 km walk to city center but there is lots of buses. The place is nearly perfect for sleeping and light breakfast but not for enything else.

A wonderful hostel, close to the centre, however if you want, you have a bus stop only a 1 minute walk from the hostel. The staff is amazing, and really helpful. They even wake you up if you need to go early to some place. The check-in is really easy and you pay there (a nice advantage for a backpacker). I paid 25 euros per night, in the last week of august, so I think for the high season, its a really good price (also you need to pay a eco-fee, but its only 1 euros per night). The bed is comfortable and everything was clean. Highly recommended

Room Tip: In this hostel, you only have two rooms (one with 24 or 28 beds, not sure; and a private room for 2)
