This is an excellent hotel which provided the perfect base for exploring Palma. We loved everything about our stay. Room comfortable and nicely decorated and the small terrace provided a lovely addition where we could relax. I would thoroughly recommend the hotel and Palma.

On arrival late at night the staff were welcoming and friendly. The hotel is fairly new and has a relaxed atmosphere with a spacious reception area and library area where you can relax, play board games read etc.
The rooms are very modern with electric blinds, lighting and power showers. Breakfast is a buffet with plenty of choice from pastries, cold meats and cheeses, cerials, toast and fried breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausage.
The location is convenient for restaurants, a small supermarket and the city centre. Parking around Palma can be tricky, we had a hire car and opted to pay 16euros a day to use the hotels underground car park for ease
Overall great experience would recommend.

I will start by saying that I’ve been a luxury hotel business professional for more than 15 years and, when I travel, I can be a little picky in terms or service and quality.
Leaving that on a side, I would like to highlight the staff of this lovely boutique hotel. Roger, Patricia and Julia were very efficient booking me the transportation from/to the airport and providing me with the information I requested before travelling. Upon check in, Roger and Patricia were expecting me due to my arrival time and were very friendly and helpful. I felt like at home from the moment I stepped in the hotel. I decided having lunch in the restaurant. A very polite and friendly gentleman informed me about the menu options and Alessandra took the order. Alessandra was extremely attentive and she was willing to provide me with anything I wanted to change by talking to the Chef and making sure I was satisfied. She checked on me during the meal. Nohelia, arrived in the middle of the service (shifts change) and she was extremely sweet and helpful. The food was delicious and the size of the portions really good and well priced. The meat was exactly cooked the way I ordered (medium).
The room looked new and very clean. It has all the facilities needed and they had a “health kit” with everything needed during the covid. Towel for the swimming pool are provided in the room, bathrobes, sleepers and some amenities. I missed having ear sticks and a file. Rather than that, it was perfect. The size of the room is good for one or two people, but in the room type I booked, it is not possible to fit an extra bed (Double room).
The breakfast is served due to COVID. The hot buffet is served by a waiter, drinks served upon request and toasted bread, too. A plate with some pastries are served, too. Alessandra was in the breakfast and another girl who was very friendly and efficient, too.
I had the chance to talk about hospitality with Patricia upon check out and see how much passion she has for her job. It was even emotional when doing my farewell.
I would definitely recommend you this hotel which is 5’ walk from the center of the city (great location) and with a great service and staff!
Roger, Patricia, Alessandra and Nohelia are great assets for the company. Congratulations!!!

Check in and out was smooth. Note that you have to pay city tax…it’s been a while since I last travelled so forgot about that…Roger on reception was extremely helpful.

The rooftop pool is OK but they are lacking sunbeds. They have about 10 in total and then they have 8 or so Bali beds which you have to pay (€25 for just the bed or €50, for a glass of cava or something along those lines, per day). I was told at reception that somebody will remove towels from beds if they have not been occupied for 10 mins as people seemed to be reserving sunbeds and then going AWOL…but that certainly wasn’t the case. I flagged this with reception who said that person starts work at 12…so no good if you wanted to get a morning tan in. When 12 o’clock arrived they weren’t proactive in trying to free up sunbeds which is a shame because we do like to enjoy a day by the hotel pool.

We wanted to make use of the gym and spa, unfortunately the gym was already booked days I’m advance which didn’t give any new comers a chance to put there name down which I though was disappointing. According to reception they were only meant to take bookings the day before…so how people managed to book days in advance is a mystery.

We hired a car directly through the hotel for the day and that was organised as requested. However come the end of the day we had to find some parking “around the block” even though we picked up the car I think the hotel car park underground which I didn’t agree with as street parking is hard to come by around that area and depending on the time, you would have to pay too.

Breakfast was better than expected, you could request omelettes and have a variety of filling along side the usual English and Continental breakfast options.

There were no issues with our room, which was cleaned and maintained everyday.

We had a late flight so the hotel allowed us to use their towels and showers in the spa to freshen up before our flight.

We picked this lovely hotel via TA and it’s great reviews.
It did not disappoint , lovely warm welcome on arrival and they explained the street parking which was complicated so we decided to use the hotel carpark which was brilliant.
The rooms are very modern and clean. We did like the room but hated the electric blind on the window . Full Up or full down ! It had many scuffs on it where light shines through and also light comes round the sides so not a dark experience for light sleepers like me. Other than that great room . The corridors are so cool, look beautiful.
Breakfast was good but I’m guessing because of Covid it is a bit more controlled.
Lovely coffee and fantastic friendly efficient staff.
Gluten free bread available.
The gym was a very very good set up for a hotel but sadly only got to use it once as you have to book it and it’s for you only for an hour
I think they should do 30 minutes so more people get a chance as I booked the hotel because of the gym and only got to use once !!
The roof top garden bar and pool ! So cool and a great place. I thought the pool had a swimming jet in it as not big but was a jacuzzi sadly.
A lot of sun beds and booking sun curtained beds. Never enough as we were all after the sun rays but a very nice space and a great fun barmen who was so polite and professional ( with some very difficult guest)
Location is absolutely fantastic if you want to explore the city and such an easy city to do on foot.
Thank you for a great stay it made the perfect city visit.

We stayed here for 5 nights during our trip to Mallorca.

The location is good, it’s a bit of a walk from the cathedral but it’s also nice being away from the craziness there. There is parking at the hotel from 16€ per night. You can try and find street parking but it can be a struggle. The parking officers are brutal and are on every corner of every street so if you’re 1 minute late without a ticket, you’ll get fined.

The hotel is beautiful, it’s modern and has been styled nicely. They thoughtfully put effort into different parts of the hotel like the black finishes and lights on the walls. There is also a nice scent when you walk into the lobby.

The rooms are very clean and are styled nicely. The bath towels are large and and robes are good quality. The standout of my whole stay is the shower - it is literally the best shower I’ve ever had in a hotel, I would say it’s probably better than my shower at home. Unfortunately I have to agree with other reviews though in that I didn’t find the beds very comfortable and found myself waking up with a sore back. They also gave us 2 beds and pushed them together instead of 1 bed, which was a bit annoying because the beds would separate.

The breakfast had a good selection including fruit, yoghurt, cereal, cold meats, pastries, and hot food. I loved the hot food that they had. They have a coffee machine where you can make coffee for yourself, which tasted terrible. If you ordered one to be made by the barista machine, they charge you for it, which I think is ridiculous - it should be included.

The pool area was lovely although they didn’t have enough sun beds. People would leave the towels on the chairs and disappear for hours. I often saw guests come upstairs and go straight back down because there was nowhere to sit. It would have also been nice if you could order food up there later into the afternoon as I believe you couldn’t order anything past 4.

Every staff member that we dealt with were very friendly and accomodating.

Overall it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend.

That was the worst experience ever. The service can already be described as customer-hostile.

Starting with breakfast: The cheapest bread and old. Dry as a stone. Cheap sliced cheese and no vegan option. The melon tasted like onions! Has the cook ever heard of different chopping boards? The first day we had to ask for butter twice and still didn't get it. On the second day we suddenly had to pay extra for 4 slices of kiwi and 2 pieces of melon. I asked for fresh orange juice and they told me that there is none. After 1 minute I see how the waiter prepares fresh orange juice! They could have at least given me the option. I'm also willing to pay for it.

Second, the pool. Looks beautiful in the photo. BUT it costs extra!! 25 euros a sun lounger/ day! The pool has space for max. 4 people.

Thirdly: The service: There is not the credo "we make it possible" but rather "you're annoying, pay even more for all kinds of little extras".
The staff speak very poor English. Some of them did not understand us and looked at us rather badly.
The at first sight modern rooms are of no use if the service is really bad.
The Corona situation was not taken seriously. The staff wore masks that were completely wet. Hardly any hotel guests wore masks
We do not feel welcome here. They want our money and we should best not disturb the staff.
I really advise against booking this overpriced hotel. There are many other very good alternatives in Palma.

Breakfast, room, location, staff, and general decor were all fantastic, nothing to complain about. Really lovely breakfast, do pay the extra for it. The location was really handy and we borrowed the ebikes which was a great idea for to go along the coast.

We stayed in this lovely hotel during August 2019, it’s location is just perfect not too far away from the centre on Palma with lots of nice bars and restaurants nearby.

The hotel isn’t self is very modern in style and spotlessly clean, good size rooms with comfortable beds and lovely sized bathroom.

We also had breakfast included which had plenty to offer and suited our needs perfectly.

We enjoyed so much we have decided to return this year for my husbands birthday in October ( hopefully current travel restrictions will be lifted by then )

Great roof terrace with infinity pool, sat there a few late afternoons and enjoyed an Aperol Spritz

Looking forward to returning

Lovely new hotel with excellent location. We had two rooms on the fourth floor unfortunately the rooms do not have a balcony so it has more of a city feel. It was only open in 2019 so is very fresh the beds are extremely comfortable and large, The rooms have all the mod cons and the staff are lovely. Most days we had to borrow the iron which was very efficiently brought to our room. I was surprised there is no room service but the area has many takeaway restaurants which we used when our 17 and 16 year old didn’t fancy coming out. Do not what ever you do use the app just eats just go local for take away. The hotel is in an amazing location with nice restaurants minutes and some nice up-and-coming restaurants for example KOH very good Thai if you fancy a change. The centre of Palmer is 900 m away with lovely shops 10 minutes away. The roof terrace is a nice addition to the hotel you are given beach towels there are plenty of beds which are free. We visited in August and had no problem. There are Balinese type beds that are €25 for the day but it’s not necessary if you don’t want to do that as people are coming and going every day as so much to do. I would not recommend this hotel for young children as the pool is not to play in but it was ideal for teenagers as it’s an infinity pool not bad size to cool off. The views from the roof are of buildings so not scenic. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We felt very safe in Palma, and the hotel, ironically is next door to the Police Station. Very different feel to Barcelona, I just think, you have to be mindful

If I'm correct it's an adult hotel only. But to be honest I'm not a 100% sure. I will say this, if you email the hotel directly they are EXCELLENT about responding back. And soon. Good luck. It is a nice and quite motel in a great area.
