Carefully reformed and restored to give a feeling of Palma in the old days while at the same time providing luxury accommodation with all modern conveniences. From the lounge balcony 180º you can see the one of the much beautiful and photograph building in Palma, under the name “ El Aguila” you can joy the communal solarium penthouse terrace as well. You are right in the centre of Palma, so no need for a car unless you plan on exploring more of the island during your stay. Make your excursions in Palma convenient and easy to plan! We meet you at check in and will provide any information you may need. All the historical sights palaces, museums and art galleries are within walking distance, not forgetting the impressive Cathedral. Surrounding the apartment are many famous squares with coffee shops, tapas and wine bars and restaurants. The central bus and train stations are also very close, with a fast bus connecting the airport with Plaza Espana. Next to the apartment it a bicycle rental, Palma is fully equipped for cyclists. Palma's beaches are 10-15 minutes walk away, and discovering nearby beaches by local transport is easy. Throughout the year Palma hosts many fiestas and celebrations, from art nights in the streets, to medieval fairs, firework displays and outside live music. The city hosts international sailing events, and connects the other Balearics Islands by ferry.

Great for walkers
Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
A very nice apartment The contact was very courteous beforehand and we were informed of all the details of our arrival by email and WhatsApp
When we arrived at the apartment we had to wait a short while until we were given the key. A quick introduction and a bottle of champagne in the fridge made the arrival pleasant
We had the apartment on the first floor, there are three other apartments in the house and a chic roof terrace where you can sit nicely
The kitchen is fully equipped and you could even cook if you don't want to enjoy the countless restaurants
We booked for three people, but the third (or fourth) bed is a very uncomfortable sofa bed. It's not really a full-size bed and is rather unsuitable and uncomfortable for an adult or teenager
The location in the middle of the city unfortunately means that it is very loud during the day and late into the night
In such a beautiful city you certainly don't want to watch TV. But if you already have a high-tech device in your room, you should also have the right apps installed so you can watch without having to open an account with a TV provider or streaming service.
On the whole, the apartment was pretty clean, apart from the corners in the bathroom with sand or the dirty cushions on the chairs. The bathroom needs renovation or thorough cleaning of all corners. The shower partition is falling off its hinges, the veneer is peeling off the cupboard and the mirror is becoming opaque.
We don't give the apartment full marks, there is still a lot of room for improvement to really get the most out of it.

The apartment which I occupied at the end of January 2019 is very nice and comfortable. Albeit it's on the first floor it's very peaceful since it's rather adequately isolated, in such a way that it can be deemed soundproof. There is in the apartment everything needed in order to have an excellent stay. As already pointed out, the comfort is one of its outstanding features, particularly in the bedroom. The bed is conveniently arranged thus having a mattress whose toughness is the most adequate one to allow one to have the best possible sleep. The rest of the furniture is also very good. Everything in the kitchen works properly as well as in the bathroom. The manageress, responsible for all housekeeping duties, is very kind and helpful as well as the maid. It's a pleasure dealing with them. Besides, the apartment is decorated with much taste thus making the atmosphere inside cosy and pleasant. The pictures are very aesthetic as well as the other decor elements, especially a little niche embedded in the wall over the television set, a very peculiar one containing a vase and two cardboard boxes. It's really something extremely agreeable at sight. As far as the location is concerned, the apartment building is in the very city center, at two minutes walking from Plaza de Cort, the square where the town hall lies, and at eight minutes from the cathedral; very close to the historical center of Palma. The views one can enjoy from the apartment are beautiful and interesting. Most of them are art nouveau building façades at the point where carrer Colom, carrer Jaume II, carrer de les Monges, Plaça del Marquès de Palma and carrer de la Bosseria istelf – that where the apartment building is situated – meet, and also in the last mentioned street on the side opposite to that of the apartment concerned. They are wonderful façades in which the balconies and bay windows are outstanding. In the apartment which was allocated to me there is a closed gallery where one can sit down for a while, maybe at breakfast time, and contemplate such remarkable architectural marvels from the beginning of the twentieth century in a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. On the basis of the foregoing, therefore, it's a place by all means recommendable, which may no doubt contribute to make anyone's stay in the capital city of the Balearic Islands pleasant and memorable.
