We stayed here for 3 nights with 2 other couples. We were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful and classy this place is. It had a real air of opulence. It has the feel of a private home but with all the advantages of a smart hotel. The staff are amazing, from check in to check out we found nothing but helpful and professional staff. Our three rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean with lots of small luxurious touches. There were even straightening irons as well as a hairdryer and lovely toiletries. The rooms were serviced twice a day and the attention to detail was exceptional. We ate breakfast in the restaurant and the choice was well balanced and had lots of choice including a menu of hot food to order. The food was really well prepared, fresh and tasty. The menu for evening meals offered a nice choice and the bar was small but well stocked. The bar and restaurant staff were also very helpful. The word ‘unique’ comes to mind when trying to describe this wonderful hotel. It is like no other we have stayed in but we would definitely like to come back. The hotel has a lovely if somewhat small roof terrace area with sun beds which we didn’t really need to use in early March. There was also a lovely looking spa facility which we didn’t use but perhaps had we stayed longer we may have taken more advantage of. We loved our stay here and for a small group like ours it was a perfect location 5 minutes walk to the main areas of interest in Palma.

A must place to stay , staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable . Its location is very accessible to all tourist sites , port , shops and good restaurants . As soon as you walk through the door you feel very relaxed and comfortable and the rooms are clean and extremely comfortable beds .

This hotel is a wonderful cocoon in glorious Palma. The discreet front door opens to a beautifully designed space with the friendliest welcome from the very professional staff. The design of the hotel - with multiple relaxation spaces to make a “home away from home” - is very chic and modern, but in harmony with the building, which is hundreds of years old.
The rooms have everything you could possibly need - including a very large, deep bath tub. I highly recommend booking a private hour in the spa area (at no extra cost). The spa has a sauna, steam room and jacuzzi and is a super relaxing place to wind down.
But the true treat of this hotel is the attentiveness and expertise of the staff! From weeks before my trip the brilliant Clara was helping me to book hiking in Soller and booked me a wonderful restaurant for lunch (El Camino). Next time I return to Palma I plan to handover all culinary and tourist plans to her! Thanks to Can Cera for the first of many stays!

Dark is the first thing to hit you. So dark you can barely see the keyhole in your room door. Had to use phone light.
The room has no ceiling lighting so you rely on bedside and window light. The window looks out to a derelict building inhabited by pigeons. Windows face a small through road which is constantly filled with noise.
Comfortable bed. Big bathroom with only a single sink and a step in bath shower. Why? There is a huge amount of room here guys.
The sun terrace is approached by a door up some rather slim and awkward steps. Once there it is very basic and amusingly it is on a slope. So hardly comfortable. No view. Weird.
Breakfast is served in the reception, it was ok but it was weird not being in another part of the building.
Front desk tried hard but not very efficient. Checking in and out was a labour and getting a taxi hard work.
Best of all was the evening turn down. We had specifically asked for extra bathe towels, leaving this we used on the floor to be taken away. Upon returning to our room these towels were simply flung over the radiator with not clean replacement. Not weird but pretty disgusting.
Would we go back, never.
Plus point, very central but too noisy, too dark and very odd.

We are glad to hear that you appreciated our central location and that you find our bed comfortable .However, I am very sorry to hear that your overall stay was not to your entire satisfaction and that on some occasions we failed to reach your expectations and you did not enjoy a typical "Can Cera Experience". I can assure you we have taken your comments very seriously and we will follow up on your feedback with our team. Regarding the taxi service, we feel sorry to hear that you had to wait, we tried our best in order to organize a taxi for you sooner as possible, but sometimes is not in our hand due to rush hour and is something that happens in all the cities. We also feel very much sorry that the common rooms and the roof terrace of the hotel have not been to your liking, for most of our guests this is really the charm of the property, as it has retained the essence of a typical Majorcan palace of the 17th Century. Moreover, our breakfast is served in a special environment as is facing to our lovely courtyard which we prepare each morning with great affection. Please accept our most sincere apologies for any inconvenience we may cause you with the housekeeping service, as is something that we care of and we have taken record of all the issues that you have mentioned in order to improve them from happening again in the future. My girlfriend and I could not be more pleased with our stay. After a challenging week of travel, the staff (Bianca, as well as Julia and Clara) were able to track down our lost luggage (British Airways) and turn our trip around. They were very accommodating and made our trip very special. The hotel itself was charming and had a terrific atmosphere. The accommodations were terrific, there was adequate space, and we slept very well. The location puts you within walking distance of much of the city, and it located between two beautiful cathedrals.

Can Cera is simply WOW. A unique combination of luxurious spaces located in an typical Palma patio house, full of amazing furniture, design objects and wonderful decoration. Super friendly and efficient staff, real hosts for this experience that is a must in Mallorca. We stayed for 2 nights in a deluxe room at the end of a longer Mallorca trip when we stayed in several hotels. The welcome to the hotel was very friendly and the courtyard area is pretty special and peaceful. Our room was nicely furnished and a reasonable size with a large bathroom. Both the room and bathroom had windows and shutters which opened but view from our room was onto the back of other buildings which is fair enough for middle of Palma old town. Reception staff were very helpful with restaurant reservations and recommendations. We had a couple of issues during our stay however. On the afternoon we arrived there was a problem with the water in the building so we were unable to have a shower before going out that night which wasn't ideal. Also had an issue with the hairdryer in room scorching my wife's hair so that was quickly replaced. Breakfast was lovely and very quiet with only 1 or 2 other guests at most. Overall, this is a lovely traditional hotel which is very quiet and in a great location.

My husband and I recently spent three nights at Can Cera and were amazed with the quality of service, accommodations and food quality. Coupled with the great location in Palma, the Can Cera ranks among the top properties we have visited. Met with a glass of Cava, we were ushered into an elegant hotel that immediately makes you feel at home. The dinner was outstanding and the quality and quantity was top shelf. We spent a wonderful break at this beautiful hotel. The hotel is perfectly placed in the Old Town to visit the major sights of Palma. The building itself has been tastefully decorated and all in keeping with its historic nature. We were celebrating our anniversary and everything was perfect from the collection at the airport to the flowers in our room. Our suite was spacious and luxuriously appointed. Breakfast was a delicious buffet and we also enjoyed eating in the restaurant. What made the holiday for us were the staff, all of them among the friendliest and most helpful I have encountered anywhere. Our thanks to Bianca and her team at reception, and to the staff in the bar and at breakfast, for making our stay so memorable.

I have had the good fortune in staying in a large percentage of the world's best hotels. After spending last week in the Can Cera Suite at the Can Cera Mallorcan Luxury House I can say that the staff there is probably the most consistently best I have ever encountered. There are only 14 rooms and the staffing ratio is very high. Everyone is helpful, professional, knowledgeable and hardworking. They booked every dinner and every excursion and everything they booked was flawless. They dealt with our difficult requests (like bringing us a million clothes hangers and emptying mini bars and doing tons of laundry) as if these things were reasonable and normal. The location can't be beat, the hotel is in the middle of Palma near the Cartier boutique and great Gelato and shopping. Most restaurants we had dinners at were within a 10 minute walk. The suite itself was large and nice, but there was also a huge amount of common space to use for such a small hotel. My only suggestion would be to add a chest of drawers in the Can Cera Suite.
