The hotel itself is nice- clean rooms and the staff were friendly and attentive. The pool is good (although very, very deep so not for kids) and the breakfast had a decent selection. The main problem we had was the noise! We were put in a room at the front of the hotel, the noise from the main road was constant and we couldn’t really use the balcony. It also made it difficult to sleep. We were also woken up multiple times by other guests who came in at all hours drunk, shouting, singing and clattering around. So if you’re planning to stay here my advice would be into request a room at the back of the hotel and take ear plugs!

The hotel itself was not bad, had everything you needed. The pool area was nice, friendly staff and a nice quiet area. The cleaners are kind and helpful. It is near a shopping centre which has everything inside, it is abit of a journey! However we did get charged €40 euros for tourist fees paid directly to the hotel which is ridiculous!

We spent a weekend, the hotel is ideal for quality price and location with easy parking and close to everything. Spacious rooms and good breakfast. It has a small pool where you can relax. Staff is very friendly and willing to help

This hotel is sold as 4 star but in my opinion is more like a 2 star motel. It is clean but it is hard to find anything else that is positive about it.
Overall, I found that the building and garden are grubby and in need of attention. The pool area is very tired and unappealing.
The pillows were stained and so well worn that they provided no support. When I asked for new ones the replacements were still the same.
The bed had been used so much on one side that there was a constant lean on that side which gave the feeling of rolling off.
There were several cracks in the bottom of the bath where it was collapsing and unhygienic.
When I brought this to the attendees of the lady on reception during the day she said they would look into it but I never heard from her on it again.
The hotel had turned the air-conditioning off centrally and refused to turn it on which meant that our room was too warm and stuffy. This meant that we had to keep the balcony door open resulting in constant noise from the traffic at a busy junction below through the night.
On one occasion I was stopped by a member of staff and told I couldn't bring my breakfast from the dining room to my room unless I paid an additional charge.
None of the staff were able to assist us with any enquiries or requests to address our issues. The night porter had no English and the lady atvthe front desk was totally indifferent to us. She said if we don't like the hotel we should checkout, so we did, never to return.

Great base for a long weekend where exploring the city was the main aim. Particularly as the bus service to and from the hotel is so convenient,cheap and efficient. ( 47 into town, 46 return). Two euros per person. Our room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast buffet was good. Would stay here again .

Stayed at this hotel in August 2004 and really enjoyed our time there. Large, comfortable room, quiet and effective air conditioning, pleasant balcony and handy minibar fridge for keeping our beers cool!! We didn't eat much at the hotel (although the restaurant looked lovely), so can't really comment on the food. The poolside area was very nice, although the pool was very cold and very deep (probably not ideal for kids). There is a large shopping centre within close walking distance (Porto Pi), however the centre of the city is quite a distance away - perhaps 2-3 miles? The bus service from Porto Pi is excellent - cheap, regular and air-conditioned, so it's a good way to get into town. There is a taxi rank right outside the hotel as well, if that's handier. A taxi from the airport to the hotel will cost you about £17 Euro. The location of the hotel isn't ideal for people with small kids or with any difficulty walking, as it is situated up a steep hill, but it helped us walk off our large dinners!!

Will not give This Hotel a Rating at all as We checked in, had a look around and checked back out again!!!
When we arrived our room was not ready so we had a look around the Garden and Pool Area. Are they Joking!!! Gardens were unkept and Pool was Filthy. Leaves and insects floating on the top and the bottom of the pool was Black. Sunloungers were dumped over a wall and covered in dirt and Bird Droppings!!!!
We were absolutely disgusted with this as it is being sold as a 4Star Hotel. I do not think so!!!
When we got to our room (Had to go outside of hotel along a passageway down a ramp and into another building because we had a Smoking Room) we were dismayed to discover how small the room was. Opaque Glass Bathroom door was not cleaned and was covered in fingermarks!!! Only space for One Bedside Cabinet and to get into the wardrobe my husband had to walk sideways along the bed. (He is not Fat by any means)
We then decided we would not stay and checked out. Very Disgruntled Receptionist!!!
I would not advise anyone to stay here if you are used to staying in 4 or 5 star hotels.

In our booking we only chose this hotel because it was written that there was free parking included in the price we paid. But when we arrived in the hotel they said that there is free parking in the area. But if we dont find any parking the hotel have parking for 6 euro per day. When I told them that the info from hotels.com was free parking included and even showed them the information the staff in the reception only said no we dont take responsibility over that information.
And worst of all it was a lot of cockroaches in the room. I went down to reception and told them and they said it was very common with cockroaches in Mallorca. They came up and put a lot of insect spray in our room and a lot of spiders and cockroaches came out dead. We asked the reception to come and clean it after but noting had happend after several hours. The worst part was that the staff lied about it when I went down again and asked. Then 1 hour after that they took away the insects and cockroaches.
The last day of our stay our airconditioning stopped working. When we said that it was something wrong with the AC the staff did not at first even come to look whats wrong. When I went down to the reception and had a small argument with them the girl in the reception came and looked and said ok I will call a technician but I cant promise he will come tonight. And then left home. Since it was the last night I did not bother to argue again.
Overall a very bad service, old rooms with lot of cockroches and not a great location. This is more like a 2+ hotel with very bad service. I will not come back here and I Will not recommend it. Horrible!!

this hotel is good value. It has all the facilities of a four star hotel but is let down by decor and fittings which look about 10 years old. The public areas of the hotel were also not quite as clean as they could have been. We still enjoyed our stay at the hotel, The rooms are comfortable especially the six foot wide beds. The area is quiet and the breakfasts were good. I almost gave it 4 stars but thought 3 & 1/2 is more suitable.

Its amazing how someones interpretation of a 4 atar rating is completely different from someone elses. in my opinion this hotel rates no higher than an average 3 star.
The staff were okay but a bit disorganised, long waits for a drink in the bar??? e.t.c. Breakfast Buffet was an extra but worth the money if only for the entertainment of watching and waiting for the bacon, the eggs, or both if really lucky.
The rooms were a bit tired although apparently all had a re-furb in 2005. Our shower door leaked which resulted in flooding the bathroom although we sussed out pretty early and wrapped towels around the floor.
The hotels description of residential area means no proper bars in the locallity in the eveneing although we did use the hotel monterey a 2 min. walk away which served a basic menu, freshly prepared at v. reasonable prices.

Hi. I must say I cannot recall but I found the hotel staff most obliging and they would definitely provide you with an iron.
We visited end of June and there were plenty of available sunbeds, however August is a busy time of year, so that may not be the case. You can request breakfast the previous day. The pool bar serves food but not around 12.30
