I couldn’t have picked a better hotel to stay at for my short break in Palma. This hotel is in the perfect spot to enjoy everything Palma has to offer. Situated in Old Town close to restaurants and bars and galleries I had plenty to see and do. The staff are fantastic and always ready to help with any queries.

Nivia Born Hotel is uniquely lovely in the very best ways. The staff are knowledgeable, happy, beautiful, people who take the best care of their guests from arrival to departure. Attention to every detail is given throughout to both the guests and the property. Our room was not only fresh, clean and comfortable; it was luxurious - and replete with everything you might need or want during your stay. We were greeted with a blush rose in a bud vase and a handwritten welcome note on the table in our room. The food is delicious and restaurant staff are knowledgeable and the perfect amount of attentive. The rooftop views are amazing too. We dubbed the location “Palma Perfect” because it’s near so many wonderful shops and restaurants. We give our highest recommendation. What a joy it was to spend time at Nivia Born Boutique Hotel.

Staff are relaxed very friendly, attentive and make you feel very welcome. I mean all the staff - reception, concierge, restaurant, cleaning, all absolutely delightful people. Breakfast is prepared freshly and there is an excellent wide choice of food, well worth including in your rate. Location is superb and the rooms are designed so even the most basic has plenty of room and never felt constricted. Wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of Palma. We’re definitely returning!

I had the opportunity to stay at Nivia Born during a work trip and can highly recommend the hotel. The staff is super friendly, attentive and helpful. The rooms are beautifully designed and definitely made me feel welcome and at home. The room service checks in twice a day and ensures the room is clean and all amenities are at disposal. I totally fell in love with the double bed. It is luxuriously big and has the best pillows.
The location is top. One is mere minutes away from all sights and shopping possibilities. If one is too tired to hit the local restaurants, the hotel offers a fine a la carte menu with an amazing roof top view overlooking the old town. I will definitely stay again.

The Hotel has the best service I seen in a Hotel, very personalized and friendly. Much better than a Four Seasons or a Ritz Carlton. The room are very confortable so much so that you want to spend time in your room.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Staff is seriously lacking of people skills. Everything is forced; from the first hello to the last goodbye. The location is great, but everything else is not worth the money. Rooms are clean, but very small. There is barely enough space to open your suitcase. Our room (Red junior suite) was really dark, it had no balcony and a view on a back alley. It smelled like humidity. I understand, it's a boutique hotel, but still far away from 5 star.
Breakfast was served. You had to ask for everything even for glass of water which you got served with rolling eyes of staff and thrown on the table. Dishes were very basic. Eggs with brown salad, half rotten fruits, hard bread and pastries. The ordered dishes were often forgotten and you had to ask again and again. Service was slow and staff was clearly unhappy with the presence of guests. Considering breakfast costs 25 eur per person, do yourself a favor and go someplace else.
If you come with a car, don’t try to get to the hotel by it. Just park in the nearest parking garage (30 eur/day) and go to the hotel by feet (10 min walk).
Overall hotel is no more than 3* and definitely not worth paying 300 eur or more per night. I highly recommend looking for alternative accommodations in the area. it’s simply not a good value for the money. Save yourself the disappointment and go someplace else.

We are sorry to hear that your impression was not as you wished. Thank you for valuing our location with the highest score, it is true that we have a key place to visit the city of Palma as we are right in the heart of the old town a few meters from the main attractions, shops and quality restaurants. We are pleased to know your assessment about the cleanliness of our establishment. We have a cleaning team that must comply with a rigorous protocol to ensure the comfort of our guests during their stay. Furthermore, we ensure that this is always complied with as we consider this to be an extremely important aspect in order to enjoy a pleasant holiday. We have different types of rooms and we have also made sure that photos, information and a first pre-booking impression are correctly displayed on all our booking portals. As you can see from the photos, we have large windows in all our rooms that let in plenty of natural light. On the other hand our Princess Junior Suite rooms have a wonderful glazed balcony overlooking the Paseo del Borne, one of the most emblematic streets of the city. Our breakfast service does not have an open buffet, everything is à la carte and ordered on the spot, as we are a sustainable hotel and this avoid food waste. All our products are fresh, top quality and km0 in order to offer a circular economy. In case you come to our accommodation with your own or rented vehicle, we offer a free valet service from 8am to 10pm. We sincerely regret that your stay was not to your liking, we would have liked to have been aware of some of the issues you have detailed so that we could have offered a solution during your stay. Stayed here for 3 nights . Staff very friendly hotel nice modern amenities. Good location Close to the cathedral looks stunning on a night time when lit up.
The only issue I found was the quality of breakfast . The eggs we were served were of poor quality, very pale yellow, not free range by any means. Bacon reminded me of spam awful. Omelette, I was served had nothing going for it .
I ended up having toast the rest of our stay . For the price you pay surely they can get better quality food . I didn't even try the sausages they looked awful.

Superb location our room, 42, overlooked the Passeig del Born with its designer shops, restaurants and street entertainers, always bustling never noisy. The bed in our room was large and extremely comfortable. Breakfasts were excellent and Thursday is a special night at the hotel we ate on the roof terrace as the sun went down. We thought the staff were the best we have known anywhere they were like family to us. We hope to go back soon

Stayed 4 nights in a sweet room. Very happy with location in the heart of Palma. Room was well designed with high quality fittings and quiet air conditioning. Great shower and extremely comfy bed. Nice products which were in refillable bottles which I like as more eco friendly. Breakfast had good menu with all the usual selections with table service. High quality napkins, glassware, cutlery etc. Staff were lovely and happy to help throughout the hotel. We’ve been in Palma a few times and this is our favourite hotel so far. Would book again.

Fabulous hotel in a great location. All of the staff were so warm and welcoming!
The room was lovely with a nice range of toiletries, a great shower and a wonderfully comfortable bed.
Breakfast was delicious and plentiful and the choice of eating inside or on an outside terrace on floors 7 or 8 made it a fabulous start to the day

Good afternoon, the price from airport to Nivia Born Boutique Hotel by taxi is around 25,00€ aprox. Greetings.

First of all, we would like to thank you for your interest in our hotel and its rooms, the image of which has been taken care of from the very beginning.
We have rooms of different sizes and layouts, some with a city view and others with a view of the majestic Paseo del Borne, but the bathroom layout is similar in all of them.
This distribution allows you to move around comfortably and access all the spaces in a very practical way.
However, in all of them, the shower and toilet are separated by a door, giving you privacy inside the room.
