Having spotted this new opening in Palma on Instagram we chose it as a base for a few days to round off our time in Mallorca. The location is perfect as a base to explore all corners of the city and surrounded by some outstanding places to eat. The restoration is beautifully done, celebrating the best of the historic building and introducing bold contemporary details. For the most part it lived up to the allure of the images - the green and white floors are wonderful and the pool, though bijou, makes great use of the limited space. Our ‘standard’ room was small (which we knew) and surprisingly lacking in window….just a tiny oculus, too small to admit any daylight. There were also some minor plumbing glitches - no water, and later no hot water - understandable teething problems, but a lack of heartfelt apology was surprising.

When I review a hotel I look for a few key things: Comfort, style, and great service. With Concepcio by Nobis, they far exceed expectations on all points! It is a brand new hotel, with great energy and welcoming smiles.
I really enjoyed my stay with them and everything was perfect. It is spotlessly clean, attention to detail, and in a great location. Plus the service makes you feel like you belong there. With Katherine, Eardly, and Pedro , nothing was ever a problem and they all go out of their way to help you. When a staff remembers your name the whole time, it tells me they are focused on you.
The rooms are stylishly designed with everything for the modern traveler, and the green and white tiles are very unique. The room has a most comfortable bed for a great nights sleep and big 4K TV. I had a Deluxe room on the first floor.
The pool area is very nice also and great sun in the afternoon. the plunge pool was nice to swim to cool down on a hot afternoon. There are some really good places to eat and for coffee right outside the door.
The hotel also maintains all covid regulations. They also referred me to a clinc 2 minutes away for a PCR test to fly home. Very easy and the results were back in about 5 hours.
I highly recommend the hotel. There are so many great things about the hotel, you will not be disappointed. Book with confidence and enjoy!

It’s location is perfect easy walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and cathedral yet located on a quiet street.
Hotel decor is incredible and the smell when you walk in is divine. We were in room 104 which was very spacious and had everything we could possibly need. Housekeeping was perfect with rooms always cleaned to perfection and complimentary bottles of water always left for you.
We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis, the breakfast is great with enough choice.
There is a small pool which is a bonus for the city. Never felt too crowded and was a great relief from the heat after morning of exploring. Pool bar menu is very good
We went to a couple of beaches Illetas which is easy to get to by taxi and we also went to a beach club in Portixol, all really worth doing.
We had a wonderful stay here and can’t wait to return! Palma is slowly becoming one of my favourite places to come and visit!

A new hotel in the centre of the city, great location for your first time to the city. A Scandi vibe hotel, I know not for everyone and those green tiles definitely were not doing anything for me. The room was very generous in size, but felt the decor needed more warmth. The bedroom floor were tiled so slightly cold to walk on first thing in the morning. The hotel doesn't offer irons/board however they do have a handheld steamer which was useless when trying to iron anything. The lighting in the bathrooms was to low to have a good shave. The plus points the hotel did have a small swimming pool (more of a plunge pool) and a small outside area, great if you need to read a book or lay by the pool. The breakfast was buffet style and had good options. Overall the stay was average for one night, but with a city with so many other options at this price point I will look elsewhere.

My husband and I stayed for three nights last week. Our flight was an early morning one so Catherine on reception was so helpful with coffee, luggage and letting us use the spa area to change in for the pool.
The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the centre of Palma where there are plenty of shops and eateries.
Our room was a standard room, a little bit small but it had everything you needed. BreakfAst was good, continental with also some cooked options.
Eardley was very helpful in answering all our questions, in fact all the staff are so nice here. They go the special mile to make things perfect. A special thanks to Oscar for looking after us at the pool. Having a pool to return to after a morning sightseeing was a bonus in this vast city.
We shall definitely return for a weekend.

Together with my wife I came for dinner to Restaurant Concepció by Nobis in the historic district of Palma. We chose a table on the upper terrace in the patio overlooking the pool. The food is very good and nicely prepared, the wine card offers a large variety of local and international wines. The location is new and the service is very attentive, polite and flexible. You really spend a nice dinner and I can recommend Concepció to everybody coming to Palma de Mallorca!

We had a wonderful dinner at this newly opened gem in the heart of Palma. The location is magnificent, fusing century old architecture and modern designs with a lot of attention to detail. Xalest offers great Majorcan and Spanish food and the great drinks round off a perfect evening ! Kudos to Dani and the rest of the team for providing exceptional service’ we will definitely be back!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Concepcio by Nobis that exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff's attentiveness was exceptional, striking the perfect balance between genuine care and allowing us the space to enjoy our getaway. From their warm greetings upon arrival to their helpful assistance throughout our stay, they made us feel like valued guests.
The culinary experience was a true highlight. The breakfast spread was the best way to start every morning and the pool food and cocktails were even better. Even when we encountered a minor issue with the air conditioning in our room, the staff's prompt response was impressive. They not only fixed the issue right away but also graciously upgraded us to a larger room.
Moreover, their assistance in securing excellent dinner reservations added a personal touch that made our experience even more enjoyable. Whether we were lounging by the pool or simply unwinding in our room, the overall atmosphere of relaxation and tranquility made our time at the hotel truly unforgettable. Additionally, the location was central to the shopping district and many fabulous restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying here next time you are in the heart of Palma!

From the moment we booked our reservation with Katherine to the moment we left, Concepio in Mallorca was absolutely stunning. Katherine is a gem with a heart of gold who goes above and beyond to create a personalized experience that makes you feel like a guest in her home. The rooms were spacious, incredibly designed and chic. Bathrooms spacious. Beds were divine. The breakfast was delicious with something for everyone, and an attentive team to serve your needs and culinary needs. The pool, well, it is a private oasis of calm, aesthetically pleasing, and a wonderful escape after a busy day in Palma. The bar has a wonderful selection. A well designed renovation with touches of Mallorca and calm zen execution in design. Go and visit and enjoy!

My family has stayed at Concepcio by Nobis in July 2021, just when they have opened the Hotel. Everyone has been very welcoming. Nothing was too much to ask. The design, interior, rooms, lounge, pool and all other facilities were magically and the green and white tiles through the building gave the entire experience a never forgetting ambience one can not receive anywhere else. The front of house staff, restaurant, bar, lounge, kitchen and housekeepers were service minded and professional but with a personal touch. The restaurant Xalest has a great food and ambience, the bar is a great hang out and the drinks are delicious, a really good Old Fashion by the way. I can not wait to return to Concepcio by Nobis soon.
