Detailed Reviews
After a long break due to Corona restrictions I stayed a couple of nights at this hotel. The plan was to stay mostly at the hotel to relax, read a few books and take advantage of Mallorcas mild weather compared to Germanys icy spring this year.
The hotel is about 20 minutes from PMI in an area with golf places and other upscale hotels. This property itself is a five star. It is not too large (under 100 rooms).
The hotel itself was spotless. I could not see one chipped furniture or smear from luggage on the wall. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was quite well designed and the view from the balcony very relaxing. Food quality on roomservice and main restaurant was outstanding with great service too. In house corona testing was offered as well for the
required certificates to fly home.
All in all I can't find a negative point. Normally the hotels in Mallorca are mass, not class, but there are a few hotels for the demanding traveller who likes to travel in style, not cheap. This hotel is one of those and I recommend it without reservation.

We stayed for 4 nights to celebrate our daughter wedding and can say from the moment we arrived to when we left we couldn't fault a thing.
Ralf the Event planner did an amazing job and nothing was ever too much trouble for him. The whole wedding party had a fantastic time. The hotel is just the right size for our party and the children loved the kids pool and play area.
Breakfast was always plentiful and well cooked with everything you need. The fruit choices as well as cheeses, ham, breads with so tasty.
Rooms were bright and airy and always cleaned everyday, the beds were very comfortable and people in the party said they had never slept so well !
Thank you Sheraton you were a pleasure to stay at and would recommend to anyone to stay here :-)

Just back from a fantastic stay at the Arabella Sheraton. Stunning hotel which is perfectly located just outside Palma. Great facilities for adults and kids. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff who went out of their way to make our stay perfect. Friendly, helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Particular mention for Juan, Marca and Ralph (not sure of spellings), life guards and Reception staff. The hotel environment felt really safe with lots of sensible but unobtrusive precautions such as alcohol sanitasion stations throughout (including all lifts), complimentary masks and gel packs in the rooms, disinfection spray for sunbeds and rooms to name a few. Tough for the staff wearing masks but it did not affect the quality of service which was always first class. I could not fault anything and will definately be going back. Thank you.

Fantastic hotel and service. Extremely clean and food was lovely. Attentive staff and management very accommodating with assisting us with issues caused by BA at the airport. The room was great with lovely views over the pool, golf course and mountains in the background, peppered with stunning Villa’s.
Will definitely be back.

Our first ever visit to this island of Spain. we landed at this world class property in April. the indoor and outdoor pool, stunning golf course and fun loving people.
Particularly, amazed by the how we were helped my this person Mar Vasquez in the reception. she went out of her way and guided us to some of the finest restaurants, fun places and made our stay more pleasant.
Kitchen staff for morning breakfast to room service was extra-ordinary. they took care of our special diet needs and gave us extra attention.
I am going back soon.

This is a 2 star hotel, or at least, very far from a five star hotel.
It stared already at check in. No other word for it than chaos. We were a group of 11 golfers, and when we arrived we were the only guests in reception. Still it took more than 1/2 hour to get everybody a room. Upon entering the room we realized they've put us in a double room. Not too keen on spending the night in the same bed, we asked for another room, or at least, change the bed(s) so to make it a twin. The person helping us with the bags promised to convey this to the hotel administration. Nothing happened, so in the evening we asked the same of the personell in the reception, and we were met with a shoulder shrug like it wasn't their problem. So no surprise nothing happened that night. Next day, a new request to reception, and . ..nothing happened.
Spent the next 5 days in a double bed.
It's not like we asked for much, the base was made up in two parts, so the only thing missing was two madrases to make it a twin room.
Breakfast was a disappointment, worth 2 stars.
Transport. The hotel offered free transport to the golf course, unfortunately it was rather unpleasant due to a very aggressive driving style. Not the best start on a day for golf in a fun and relaxing atmosphere.
Taxi. Maybe not the hotels responsibility, but since the taxis on a couple of occasion turned up 1/2 hour late, one would expect some of the staff to show some initiative, like contacting the taxi company for an updated arrival time and maybe, ask us to wait inside with a drink rather than having us standing outside not knowing what was happening.
In general, the hotel is understaffed and the staff lacks training to offer the service expected in a 5 star hotel.

I´ve been in many pet friendly hotels in Spain, but this is one of the best that I´ve ever been. The staff is one of the most proffesional, friendly and always with a smile in their face.
Since the moment you are doing check in, having lunch in a restaurant or relaxing on sunbed in the pool the feeling that you have in the hotel is GREAT!!!
We spent 15 days in August and just can recomend this property for your halidays in Mallorca.

This place is 10 mins north of the city.
Lovely rooms, beautiful property. Beautiful gardens and pool area. There are separate adults and kids pools; not always observed. Even an indoor pool. Very good gym.
Decent restaurant, La Bodega. But not so good beyond breakfast and lunch. You can go up to the sister hotel, Il Castillo - needs a cab ride.
Great gold nearby. Son Vida is 100m away - was a bit narrow for our liking, but just fab if you are an accomplished golfer. We preferred nearby Son Quint. Shuttle available. Coordinator on site.
Things to know / consider:
City is a cab ride away, EUR 15 each way, Cabs are hard to get at peak times, Uber is way more expensive. Book ahead.
Bar is ok to get an apero before dinner or a nightcap. Not lively at all.
Food prices at resort are closer to Zurich prices than cheap Mediterranean eats; at least 20 EUR for a club sandwich, a G&T was 15 EUR.

Beautiful hotel. Hotel itself, gardens and pool area immaculate. More traditional Spanish style property but with everything you need for a comfortable enjoyable stay.
Staff are fantastic - friendly & eager to make your stay as good as possible
Location is brilliant - golf & tennis on the doorstep & 10 min drive into Palma.

We chose this hotel because of its family friendly value proposition and we were not disappointed.
We had the large suite with balcony overlooking the pool which was plenty of room for 3 people.
The facilities are great: gym has top equipment and is not frequently busy, 3 tennis courts with plenty of availability to reserve them, and if you’re traveling with children, the kids pool, club and playgrounds are top notch. Our son loved it. Spa was not used but heard was great. Easy indoor parking with elevator direct to the room floors. Cleaning staff is great.
The food at breakfast and room service was good, though would have liked a bit more diversity. There was construction around the hotel so got a bit noisy in the mornings but not too bad if you’re an early bird. Also, at check in I found it a bit surprising that the staff doesn’t have any authority to relocate you - only front desk manager does. They had placed us on a lower floor with rails on the balcony which was dangerous to our kid, and we had to wait for the manager to come from his break to be able to relocate. Though they knew we were with a child, I’m a lifetime platinum member, they didn’t seem to apply this to the place us in the better rooms (on higher floor). We also requested a crib that we didn’t get at arrival. Minor changes to check in experience and room allocation would go a long way.
Other than that, we’re definitely coming back.

There is a free taxi from the hotel upto the Castillo hotel which is approximately 5 minutes away. Also you can jump on the free shuttle bus to any 3 of the nearby golf club houses and eat at them. These golf courses are all within 5-10 minutes away minibus. There is also a local bus service which will take you into Parma. Kind regards Richard.
Approximately 25 euros per main course.
The indoor pool was open and very enjoyable when we visited
