The staff at this hotel make the whole experience! They helped me organise a cake and flowers for my boyfriend's birthday while he was staying at the hotel and made his day extra special even though he was alone on the big day. A special shoutout to Doris who was very kind and helpful!
The room was very clean and well designed with a desk to study on and lovely big windows. The location was great with just a short walk into the historic town or a quick taxi ride.

We stayed here for 2 nights before we went on a med cruise leaving from Palma Port. We were greeted by the staff on our arrival which was late in the evening with two free drinks and a very warm welcome who were perfect from start to finish. In particular Sophie in the bar restaurant The hotel was immaculate & modern and the full experience was enjoyable and more than we had expected it to be. The food was lovely and reasonable priced. Great location. We enjoyed it that much we came back for lunch the day we returned from the cruise as we had 6 hours to kill prior to our flight home . The staff were agreeable to look after our luggage so that we could go a walk to Palma before our fight home. We couldnt pick any faults and recommend this hotel and we will definitely return. Flawless stay and brilliant hospitality.

Great experience at Gomila square, you have nice boutique hotel, where every detail is simply taken care with an smile, professionalism and more. Good service, great menu and their savoir faire that makes the difference. Good location, close to the Marina and its promenade. Great recommendation for its restaurant, terrace and hotel!!!! Fantastic hotel. Fantastic room with a good size and great beds with fantastic linens. This is a smart hotel. The room was completely dark when the blinds were down. Really nice staff, they did everything the best for you and made sure everything was ok. The food and drinks were also good. When they found out it was my birthday, the maid and receptionist came up to the roof with the pool and sang the birthday song plus I got a tapas plate and cake with candles. The day I arrived I also got a cocktail at the house's expense so the start of the stay was very good and it was a good stay until the end. Even got a late check out at no extra charge. The roof terrace contains a small pool/Jacuzzi with 6 sun loungers which we mostly had to ourselves. Bus is approx. 20 m from the hotel. Port of Palma with restaurants below or you can take walks into Palma. If there was something we wondered about, we got answers and help. It is a small hotel with 10 rooms, so you can feel that they are watching you and making sure you are well. Can be strongly recommended.

The hotel is easy to reach, both by public transport and with a rental car. There is a free parking lot about 500 meters away, right by the sea. We were able to use the self check-in, which worked great. The hotel is very nicely decorated, both the general areas and the rooms. Very stylish! The size of the room was perfect. The external blinds and lights can be controlled electrically via a touchpad. You even have a view of the sea from the pool on the roof of the hotel. Unfortunately, the rooms are a bit noisy; we could often hear other travelers above and next to us. The area around the hotel is fine, but it's not necessarily the most beautiful part of Palma. However, you only have to go down a few stairs to the main street and you are directly on the sea promenade.
