Detailed Reviews
Great hostel. Brand new so very modern, beds are like pods and rooms come with large lockers which are keycard activated. Bathrooms are great with private showers, however the only issue is many of the shower doors are difficult to close properly or lock - other than that showers are very nice, bathroom comes with a hairdryer too. hostel has smoking areas, communal areas with TVs and a kitchen. Also has a rooftop pool with sunbeds. Overall, was great for the price, staff are also friendly. You can also rent towels for €3 for your whole stay.

Room Tip: Is about a 15-20 minute walk to the beach/central Palma but is very much walkable.

+1
I would like to highly recommend this accommodation ! It’s so nice place for a stay where is many young people, things to do and so friendly staff, especially Sebastian, he was very friendly and also Racio a Angie were really kind . If you are a vape smoker, you can buy some in an automat on a reception. Every bed has a socket with usb C which was really nice surprise for me. You can borrow a towel for 5€ and you can also let your luggage’s at the reception for the same price after your check out. It’s really near to the centre and sea, which was my only condition I had, because i thought i will just sleep there, but i also visited a rooftop swimming pool, where is really nice atmosphere. I also love their bathrooms 🥹Aaaand it’s very clean! accommodation ! Every single clean lady I met were nice to me, so thanks for them also!

Great hostel - very private space in the dorms - pod style with a curtain and own locker. Lots of social areas for relaxing with friends. From early spring onwards there is a rooftop pool and bar. I needed somewhere cheap to stay the night, it fit all my needs perfectly and less than a third of the price of any other accommodation.

One of the worst hostels I've stayed at. Definitely a party hostel, in the sense that my shared room was littered with empty liquor bottles in the morning and the womens bathroom was disgusting - one morning there was vomit across both toilets and a used tampon in every! single! one! of the 3 showers. (How is that even possible?)
I booked this hostel because it advertised AC (which it did have), but the room was still hot and the bed was sweltering with the curtains closed. The automatic motion sensor lights in the room meant that with the curtain open, the overhead lights wake you everytime someone comes in or out of the room.
I felt nickle and dimed by the 5 euro luggage storage fee. The front desk always seemed to have just one person working extremely slowly. We waited half an hour trying to book a taxi, before giving up since the line had only moved up a couple people.

Rough area don’t walk alone if you can help it… a lot of things don’t work and our room has had a leak and bathroom door wouldn’t close! The staff have terrible service and miserable. I forgot to extend my stay one morning and was on a trip so they charged to Euro for cleaners to put belongings in a black bag! (Also somehow stained them in the process) AVOID This hostel will make money out of you any way possible!

We spent 4 days in the hostel and we thought it was spectacular. AndVery good environment, super clean and quiet.
The pool on the terrace is incredible, they have a bar, kitchen, and very comfortable and pleasant common spaces.
We were in a private room and we had a kitchen in our own room. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was very good.
The hotel is also very well located.
We recommend and we will return without a doubt 💯💯💯💯

Out of all the hostels I’ve stayed at throughout Europe this is definitely the best one. Modern, clean, and perfect for socialising, the Bocs City Hostel in Palma Majorca will not disappoint any solo traveler looks for somewhere catch rays, drinks beers, and have some laughs. I loved the rooftop pool and bar, and TV with Disney and Netflix for chilled nights.
Only improvement is I didn’t know about the group chat until the second night, and missed out on a good night Friday night because of this. Advertise this more.
