Best place to stay in Palma. We have stayed several places in Palma but Puro Grand Hotel is second to none. This small boutique hotel has a perfect location in the center near to great restaurants, shopping & attractions. Beautifull old historical building with a very cool lobby. A la carte Breakfast with a huge selection off eggs, fresh juices, bread etc. Rooms are huge with a trendy decoration. We also loved the big rain shower. Perfect employees who will do everything to help you. A great service that we also have acces to Puro Hotels 2 other rooftops also in center. We also enjoyed acces to the very trendy Puro Beachclub where we used their free shuttle service. We will definetely use this boutique hotel in the future for both business and pleasure.

We stayed at Puro Grand with our family for 5 nights and we had an amazing experience. The rooms are very large and well equipped, the high ceilings provided a great sense of place. The bathrooms are very spacious as well, compared with other properties. The property was previously a mansion that has been converted into a boutique hotel and we enjoyed that the main features of the historical mansion has been maintained with open courtyards and staircases, that gives the property charm. Location was perfect for us, in the heart of La Lonja, with all main attractions of Palma within easy walking distance and with great F&B offerings. Our children liked the roof top pool a lot that provides great views over the city. Service was very helpful, as one would expect from such property. An added benefit is the complementary shuttle service to the Puro Beach Clubs. We hope to be back soon again.

Lovely conversion of a beautiful building. This small hotel (just 16 rooms) is linked to its sister hotel and some amenities are shared. We booked dinner at the Grand and ate in the next door building linked via an open doorway. While the food was to our taste the ambiance was not what we expected. The Grand is so pretty - the open terrace reminded me of a film set, I would have liked to eat in this area of the hotel.
Our room (15) was lovely, very comfortable bed and modern bathroom. The location of the hotel was also great we felt in the middle of the old town and walking distance to some fabulous restaurants and shops. Would recommend the segway tour to explore Palma without the aching feet, felt very safe and a knowledgeable guide really helped to open our eyes to hidden Palma.
Unfortunately, I booked a massage at the Spa across from the hotel which operates through the hotel. This was not what I expected, communication was limited and the therapist appeared rude and impatient at times. It was not the relaxing experience I had been looking forward to. Although I paid full price for the massage, as didn't want to get into a confrontation at the time, I can not recommend this service.
All staff working at the hotel were professional and courteous throughout our stay, however, more information about the spa booking and the evening meal being served in the adjacent hotel would have been helpful.
Positives: Aesthetic of the hotel is gorgeous, location fabulous, friendly staff Negatives: Spa treatment - no rapport with therapist, poor communication and execution of treatment lack of information about dinner service

We stayed at this brand new hotel in Palma and were positively surprised. The hotel is beautiful. It maintains the old character of the building which I was told is XV century while adding contemporary elements. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are probably the best we have stayed in Palma. The beds are super comfortable and the quality of sheets, towels and bathroom products unbeatable. We were surprised there was no dinner on Tuesday night but with so many good alternatives in the area it was actually a good thing to make us go out of this gorgeous hotel.

We were expecting a lot given the good reviews (and cost per night) but sadly the hotel did not live up to expectations. The location was good (15 minutes walk from bus station, 5 mins walk from Cathedral and shops and restaurants). Breakfast was lovely. But the room was small (we booked the Superior Double) , only one of the lovely-looking double waterfall showers worked, the view was of the next door building wall (advertised as a City View), there were no staff in the evenings to serve us a drink. We had an issue one night where the power went out in our room and it took 40 minutes to sort (mainly because it took a long time to reach anyone by phone or in person). Our feedback was not dealt with in a professional manner - unfortunately, we have been left with a less than satisfactory feeling about the hotel and the Puro chain.

Dear Hayley Thank you for taking the time to review Puro Grand Hotel. We are sorry to read that we didn't fulfill your expectations. Originally you booked a FLOW room which is our entry-level category. Of course, if you needed more space, there are 3 other different categories with higher dimensions. We would have appreciated that you had addressed this before leaving, so we could have offered you an upgrade. The double waterfall shower could be tricky as the system we use is modern, of course we are planning to change it to a simpler one. The FLOW room has views either to the indoor patio or the narrow-streets of La Lonja's district. The room we assigned you had patio views, and bright light, but again, we didn't know this was a problem for you, otherwise we had more options. The powercut in the room was due a bad connection with the kettle, but it was replaced as quickly as possible. Our restaurant during low season is opened from Wednesdays to Sundays. Our team are delighted to serve you a drink if you ask for it anytime, no matter if the restaurant is opened or closed. We have received your feedback in 3 different channels, all of them replied in the fastest and most professional way. We don't consider that we had to refund you or make a discount for your stay, we were totally available with any of your requests if you had addressed them during your stay, and not after leaving. We always encourage all guests to inform about their feelings during their stay, so you can make the best out of your holiday and not to worry about anything. Thank you again for your feedback and we wish you the best luck finding the perfect accommodation for your future holidays.

Beautiful old Mallorcan building. Good restaurant. Fantastic location. The room was clean and nice, we chose to get a bigger room than the entry category. Please note that you cannot drive up to the hotel without getting a fine unless you notify the hotel that you are driving up to drop off luggage. We didn’t know that while checking in and it would have made our lives easier if this was disclosed. There is a public parking nearby, but not near enough if you have a lot of luggage. Receptionists need more training as one of them sent us to a faraway beach which was unnecessary. The beach club illetas is beautiful. Good food and a nice beach to swim. Definitely go!

We love this beautiful hotel in Palma! Súper nice service, central location and stunning breakfast. We will remember this place and we will recommend it for sure. Another thing we liked a lot was Puro Beach club, they took us with shutttle and brought us back without being worried about anything.

The palace is renovated with the utmost taste, preserving the antique areas but in a modern twist. The location is the best in Mallorca, walking distance from everything you must see, monuments and shops. The original artwork fits very well in the atmosphere and makes it unique. The common areas makes you feel welcomed and relaxed.
The hotel personnel is amazing, very attentive and kind, truly the best experience overall. The rooms are gorgeous, the bed is the comfiest I’ve ever slept on, the amenities are excellent along with the breakfast. We got the twist rolls, pancakes and scrambled eggs, we loved them all, good coffee as well.
I would give a 10 out of 10, I’m excited to go back

Simply superb. We have had an amazing stay at the hotel which we would highly recommend. The staff were excellent and helpful, we were met by Camilla at reception when we arrived and she made sure we were looked after and gave us a tour of the hotel to show us all its facilities. Our room was excellent and was a delight for our three day stay, lots of individual touches such as fresh flowers, gifts, chocolates and tea/coffee. The breakfast was also excellent, great choices and available between 8am and 12pm. The hotel is also ideally situated for exploring the city. Looking forward to our return.
