Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
Nobis Palma is quite remarkable; this property exudes good taste in every way. It’s definitely a design standout and you won’t be disappointed if you appreciate good design.
The other reviews are unfounded; yes this hotel is quirky. You have to expect that in advance- rooms are small etc but this place is nothing you’ll find elsewhere. The staff are remarkable in every way from arrival to departure you’ll feel as though you’re at a 5 star property.
The bar is amazing, as is the restaurant. You’ll find yourself in the hear of Palma, and while you can’t drive your rental car directly to the hotel entrance, the garage is just a 5m walk. (Not sure why the other reviewers were complaining about this- this isn’t a hotel in some suburb!)
Once this hotel is discovered the rates will jump. Amazing gem.

"Staying at this luxury palace in Mallorca was an absolute dream come true. From the moment we arrived, we were treated royalty by the staff. The room was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The amenities top-notch, from the spa to the pool to the fine restaurant on-site. Every detail was taken care of, and we felt pampered and relaxed throughout our stay. The location was perfect for exploring the island, and we made unforgettable memories during our weekend getaway. I can't recommend Nobis enough for a truly luxurious and unforgettable experience."

This property is what dreams are made of. The perfect mix of luxurious contemporary design and magical history.
As if the design wasn’t impressive enough, the staff were top notch. Accommodating in an upgrade request to the most beautiful room, allowing us to try cocktails on their unreleased summer menu, and attentive at breakfast.
Thoughtful touches include a perfume bar in the rooms, and delicious chocolates in the evenings—fantastic!
This is truly a special property with an even better staff, thank you for sharing this beautiful space with us. We can’t wait to return!

Had the most incredible long weekend here. The service was immaculate and hotel was stunning. Perfect location to walk into the nicer part of Palma, only around 10-15 min walk to the cathedral, and there's a little square & ice cream shop only a 3/4 min walk away from the hotel! Caters for dietary requirements too (i'm gluten & dairy free and could have oat milk latte's, gluten free bread etc!)

I have stayed at a number of five star hotels in Palma but this is simply the best . The Nobis group have certainly a winner with this hotel. An expert transformation and restoration of a former manor house . The interior is something to to be seen . The bedrooms are a luxury with excellent bathrooms . The staff are more than helpful and nothing is too much trouble .. Expertly managed and run. The breakfast is more than outstanding with an extensive buffet and a wide choice of cooked items . The restaurant staff are a credit to the hotel with true professionalism . I will be returning.

It is obviously disappointing when things go wrong during a hotel stay, but what makes luxury properties stand out, is that management goes above and beyond to ensure that guests feel heard and satisfied with how problems are resolved.
Unfortunately, this was not my experience during my hotel stay. The team is ill-equipped to trouble shoot and problem solve - customer service appears to be a low priority at this property. That said, the space is beautiful, and a few members of the team were very helpful and understanding.

Unfortunately we did not enjoy our stay here. Things did not start well when the taxi driver got in a panic trying to find the hotel and drove around texting a friend. The hotel is located in a restricted area so you can't drive to the hotel. The lanes are very narrow although there is good walking access to the central area of Palma once you get your bearings. I had received a nice email before arrival so was surprised that they had not booked us into a low level room as requested and agreed. We were upgraded to a junior suite but this was disappointing. The room was very dark even with all the lights on. The shower flooded the bathroom out of the shower door and we were told this was normal. The ceiling also started to leak water as we were leaving. The photos of the swimming pool are particularly misleading - nobody used this extremely tiny dipping pool which is in the main courtyard in full view of restaurant guests. Overall a disappointing stay which is a shame as Palma was lovely and a nice place for a weekend break.

We booked dinner at Nobis Hotel after seeing the stunning hotel on Instagram. It was beautiful, we had drinks in the bar (the cocktails were fab) then had dinner outside in the main restaurant. The food was amazing however we were the only people there so the atmosphere was a little quiet but we still had a great evening. The staff were attentive and gave us some free starters.

This was an AMAZING restoration of a historical building. The hotel grounds are stunning and well kept. The stag is very helpful and attentive. The location is ideal as Palma is a very walkable city. The historic district is beautiful and no car is needed as the city is very walkable with nearby shops, restaurants and entertainment within footsteps from the hotel. One of the best adaptive reuse hotels I’ve ever experienced.

I have had a tremendous visit at Nobis Mallorca. The hotel is an amazing building — an adaptive re-use of an Historic Home in the historic district in Mallorca. A stunning re-hab featuring roof decks, pools, terraces—- and all done in a sophisticated style with appropriate furnishings.
It’s timeless and cool. Staff is extremely attendant and helpful. They gave recommendations for food and shopping. Directed us to great sights etc.
Breakfast was outstanding— can not say enough about them. Soon to be one of the best hotels in Mallorca!
