The hotel is in a good location within easy walking distance of everything you would want to see in Palma, i.e. cathedral, Almudaina Palace, shops etc. However, the rooms are small, noisy and there is only one mirror which is in the bathroom. The floors are tiled so if someone in the room above starts to move furniture or walk around with high heeled shoes on, you can hear everything and at 2 a.m. it's not appreciated. If your room overlooks the street, you will get lots of noise from that as well. Despite being on the 5th floor we could hear every motorbike, bus, hooter etc. Breakfast was strange as there was a limited amount of everything i.e. I never saw more than 2 croissants on the table, even when they ran out, only 2 croissants were brought out as replacements. There were no rolls and food was replaced very slowly by staff. The lift is very small, so 2 people plus luggage and it's full.

Dear Jen, We are sorry to hear we did not meet your expectations. Regarding the noise between floors, we are about to refurbish the floors to isolate them in the near future. About noise from outside we would like to know which room number you stayed, as our rooms are well isolated from the street, and we do not usually get complaints about it. They are two elevators, one small and one bigger, both can be used to get to all floors. Breakfast: In winter time the hotel is not as occupied as in summer, so we keep the same variety but control the quantity, because we consider better to have always fresh products, recently baked, and tasting better than products placed long time at the buffet. Thank you for your comments, we appreciate them and work hard to improve every day. We hope to seeing you back in the near future

It was my first time in Palma city and what I met exceeded my expectations. First and foremost, the hotel staff was very pleasant and polite Mr. José Emmanuel guided me exactly and gave me literally any info I needed regarding to my questions. Mr David and Maria was also pretty pleasant and helpful to me. Tidi informed us about how some things work in the city, he was responsible for the security at night time and he made us feel very safe and comfortable, as our return was always late at night, he was fully aware and vigilant at any time. The hotel was clean and contemporary. I got exactly what I've asked for and in a fair price. The room was big enaugh, with plenty space , the bed very conformable and the pillows as well. We enjoyed the view from our windows a lot. The breakfast consisted by a variety of products and we had many options. In general terms, only good memories and experiences left in my mind. I greatly suggest Palladium hotel, clean, elegant, with great staff, very near to the center almost 4 minutes by legs, surrounded by a variety of restaurants, bars, banks, supermarkets and many other useful places, the public parking is 4 meters away and so does the bus station. Totally worth going! 5/5

We stayed here for 3 nights between Christmas and new year and were very happy with our choice.
The hotel staff were friendly, polite and very helpful making us feel welcome straight away.
The rooms were quite simple but very clean with everything that you need.
The bar area was pleasant and relaxing and breakfast was pretty good for a buffet breakfast with fruit, cereal, meat, cheese, toast/bread, cake, croissant as well as scrambled eggs and bacon or sausage.
Very well situated within easy walking distance of both the sea and Palma centre.
All in all a great choice for our break.

Just back from a 5 night stay, a really nice hotel in a great location just on edge of old town and old city walls. Bed sheets and towels changed every day and the hotel was very clean and tidy. Didn't have breakfast so cant comment. Only negative hence 4* not 5* was had to ask for a kettle but had to purchase own milk and tea bags for room and I had a calf strain and when asked for ice I was told by the nice but embarrassed barman he had to charge me for this! Only after I complained and he checked with the receptionist was I given it but kind of secretly ?. Shame as that was only negative on a other great stay and I would stay again.

I had the most bizarre experience at this hotel. A couple nights into my stay, I returned to my hotel with a guest that I had met out on a Friday night. When we arrived to the hotel, we were stopped by the night manager who told me that my guest was not allowed in since it was after hours.

When I protested the bizarre-ness of this policy, he told me it was because I was traveling alone, and was therefore not allowed to bring a guest in with me. After further protesting, the manager told me that perhaps he would let me bring my guest in if I paid the fee - which was to pay an additional €30 for every night that I was staying there which would have come out to €150 since I was staying 5 nights.

Obviously I further protested that it was bad enough they were essentially charging me a tax to use my room. But charging me for every night of my stay was completely ridiculous. At this point I was so angry that we left and walked across town to my friend's hotel.

The next day, I confirmed the policy with a different front desk person to see that I did not misunderstand what the night manager was telling me. Again, I protested that the policy was ridiculous, puritanical, invasive and a violation of privacy.

Later in the day upon my return, the front desk manager (different from the previous night) approached me to try to offer regret about the policy. He explained that since my room was a Queen and since I had already paid for double occupancy, the night manager was not supposed to refuse entry for my friend. Obviously it was too little, too late, and in any case the policy was still ridiculous.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel, and I have been a traveling consultant for 20 years and have stayed at hundreds of hotels.

So BEWARE! If you are a solo traveler who likes to have fun on vacation and are considering this hotel, check to see if they've changed that ridiculously stupid policy before booking.

I stayed for 1 week. Hotel is found near top of a busy main road, but not much noise in room. I requested breakfast in my booking, the hotel did not recognise until I complained. It was then resolved fine.
Main lift out of order most of my stay, second lift not always available when summoned from upper floors. TV large & clear, though some channels not always available.
Bathroom was pleasant, but no a/c?? It seemed a bit smelly after use. Towels were worn and rough - not what I expect from this quality hotel.
Breakfast plentiful - but breads were generally dry and tasteless.

Generally a good hotel - 7/10.

Dear "Qakula", Thank you very much for your recent visit. Once again apologise for the incident with your rate. We started distributing prices with out breakfast few days ago, and did not realise that some descriptions on the websites were not correct. Basically, reservation was made without breakfast, but by mistake in the description stated it was included. On the other hand, we went under reparation of one of the lift, which is now fixed. We are working on a better air circulation in all bathrooms, thank to prior guests that reported it as well. Regarding the towels , we could have brought new ones if asked. We keep buying towels every year to keep them in overall good conditions. Thank you and hope to seeing you back in the near future

I stayed here for a few nights whilst working in Palma.
Good location for the centre and assortment of restaurants
The receptionist was very friendly and helpful.
I was surprised but very pleased to see that instead of having phones in the rooms all communications can be done via WhatsApp, including asking them to call me a taxi when none were around when finishing work. 10/10 for this service.
Rooms are ok, very clean (as is the whole hotel) and comfortable. There's a safe, fridge but no coffee making facility. Wifi was good. Bathroom has a nice walk in shower.
I would have stayed here longer but the breakfast was very poor, served to almost covid style practices. called a buffet style but not where you can serve yourself - not even fruit or cereals, eggs can be ordered but portions are small, as a result I had to check out and into another hotel.

Great location for a short break with all the attractions of Palma in walking distance. Airport bus stops outside. Staff on reception and in bar were all really helpful and friendly. Rooms are modern with quality facilities in the bathroom, making a very comfortable stay. Hotel acknowledged my birthday with a little treat and even the receptionist on the next day enquired whether I had enjoyed my birthday. Such attention to small details makes the difference for this hotel and encourages you to recommend it to others. Thank you for making such a special effort!

We stayed in September when prices remained high. Breakfast is not included in all rates. The location of the hotel is fairly central and was walkable to the historic centre. There is an underground public carpark nearby.

Staff were friendly at check in and check out. We enjoyed a late night out in Palma and couldn’t get back into the hotel very easily as the night porter didn’t notice us immediately.

Our room was a mini suite on the 10th floor and was clean, stylish and comfortable. A selection of complimentary cold drinks were supplied in the room fridge. There was fast Wifi and a large television in the room. The bedside tables have magnetic charging pads for mobile phones which was a nice touch.

Generally a nice place to stay for a short break in the City.

We were here for a week, I loved it.
They were very kind helpful in everything. For good transport, the shuttle also puts you down there. I recommend to everyone. The location of the hotel is 10 minutes from the city center and 20 minutes from the beaches.

Yes, it's number 1 stops right at the Passaic de Mallorca street 30 meters from the hotel, and if you want to arrive at the airport, then you should go to Av. de Portugal bus station and leave from there. If you get lost you can always take a taxi it costs around 20-25 euros from the airport.
