We stayed in building no3 . the room was tiny, smelt of damp, had one socket , toilet was loose on the floor, AC was noisy and next to useless.. Bed was very comfortable Main building was modern and staff very friendly and helpful Beach was a 10 min walk downhill Bus stop outside hotel has buses every 15 mins to Palma, 2 euros for single ticket.

Staff and room amazing. Buffet has a big range of excellent food. Restaurant staff a bit rude but that’s something you get over. Small issue with the shower as the water goes from too hot to too cold without changing the temperature but other than that the room was spotless and the hotel has a great location.

Cheaper accommodation than others in Palma, however I would still expect a little bit more. Prior to arriving, we notified the hotel that we would be arriving at 22:00 and when we got there we were made to wait for over an hour, as there was no rooms available. Free WI-FI didn’t work for the whole of our stay. In our room we had a double room, which was 2 x single beds pushed together. There was no cups, no kettle, no bed sheets. We had a nice patio, which had beer cans left from the previous stay. We also had sand all over the floor, which stayed there for our whole stay, which was disappointing. The bathroom was fully tiled, there was grout missing in some places and was very mouldy, which is concerning. Breakfast was average. Good options, however the actual quality of the food wasn’t the best. Very close to the beach, which is a positive. All staff were nice, helpful and also spoke good English.

Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in June 2024, very bad experience from the beginning, greeted by a rude receptionist and multiple drunken guests, who were shouting over us while we checked in at reception. No attempt made by the man at reception to calm the situation or reassure us as guests. Room’s extremely basic, balcony’s in a strange lay out that connect to other balcony’s so not comfortable to leave door open/sit on balcony, broken hairdryer in room and man at reception very aggressive telling us we would have to pay if we wanted one that worked. Rooms never cleaned throughout our stay and no clean towels provided, many broken windows and chipped tiles throughout the hotel and staff at reception on checkout again very rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend this hotel to anybody to spend their money here, completely not advertised as online.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. While there were a couple of positives—the breakfast was good, and the location is convenient, with easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants—these were overshadowed by several significant drawbacks.
We initially checked in at the main building but were directed to another building (Building 3) nearby. The room we received was vastly different from what we had booked. The furniture was outdated, and the building had a noticeable unpleasant smell. Additionally, there were no outlets near the bed, which was highly inconvenient.
For the price we paid, the quality of the room and amenities was simply not up to standard. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you have no other options.

On the contrary to what I have seen in the reviews, my personal experience on this facility has turned out to be quite positive. Of course it’s not a 5-star hotel but it definitely deserves 5/5 on the basis of price/performance ratio. First of all, the location is great; access from the airport was possible and cheap on a direct bus. It’s on a walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and public transportation. The stuff was kind and helpful all the time. The cleaning was carried out everyday, extra towels were granted on demand.

Had a great experience. The Arenal beach is just 5 mins away. The rooms were air-conditioned and the breakfast which is included was top class. Would definitely recommend it. Also has baggage storage areas after checkout just in case that you don't have to roam around with the luggage.

I chose this hotel because it was the cheapest I could get. I did not expect much, but it was near the beach and everything. I knew it was mostly for young people, who i must admit were lovely. The room was very basic, not even a kettle for coffee. The brekfast, which i paid extra for was good, apart from the awful bacon which was like leather. I went to brekfast one morning and asked for the time from the night staff manger, he was so rude and surly i asked him to give me a smile, as 71 yr old female I felt snubbed, he went into a tirade of I cant ask him that, he's been working all night and was not going to smile to order. I felt awful. A few moments later when he finished his shift, he came up to me and grinned "Heres your smile, this one is genuine if i had smiled before it would have been false. I would have settled for a fake smile, you are in hospitality, thats what you do. I have been visiting Majorca for many decades and have never experienced anything like this. Everything was very expensive in S' arenal. If Majorcans dont want us stop selling us holidays, we dont deserve this treatment

I arrived late at night to a substandard room. The hotel is split into four different buildings. I was originally placed in the orange block. The room was in the ground floor with sliding doors that opened to the street, theses doors could not be locked, the toilet was broken, the was a hole in the wall, room smelt of cigarette and the place had cockroches. I requested a new room and was declined and told to come back in the morning. Had to stay wake all night because I was scared someone would come into my room via unlockable door. I Was moved to the red block in the morning and was happy with my room. When going home I asked reception where do the transfers stop. Which I received a very rude response and was told why am I asking him and I should know where to go! This was 2am in the morning!!!! I waited in front of the hotel the same receptionist then told me to go to the hotel behind and that's where the transfers stop. Not sure why he did not just tell me that when I asked??? Apart from the cockroches I had an ok stay once I moved rooms.

It’s cheap and cheerful. Room was ok snd so was breakfast. Buses from outside and a 10 min walk to the beach. It isn’t luxury but we didn’t pay for luxury. I would stay there again
