We enjoyed three nights here and had a great time. The front of house staff were very friendly and courteous, check in was a breeze. The rooms were decent, excellent air con and nice balcony overlooking the street. Bathrooms were a good size and had everything we needed. Due to Covid the rooms only get cleaned every three days, but if you wanted them to be cleaned more regularly you just had to ask. The hotel is located very close to the buzzing Santa Catalina area full of great bars and restaurants. This was a great value property and I couldn't fault it. Thanks for a great stay!

We chose to stay here again as we wanted underground parking for the last night of our holiday before returning the car to the airport. We had stayed before & liked the location with plenty of bars & restaurants nearby. Once again we are given a slight upgrade to a front facing room with small balcony which was great for people watching.
The room isn’t huge but the air con is great. It’s modern & has a decent bathroom with a good shower.
The receptionist on duty was very helpful in printing off our Covid certification & was friendly & helpful throughout our stay.
We didn’t eat breakfast this time.
Parking was expensive at €22 per night & the room wasn’t cheap either but that’s pricing for you at the moment if you want to visit Palma. Happy to pay as we were delighted to be travelling.

The hotel was not operating as normal, no gym available, no room service etc. However the experience we did have was great. Very friendly staff. Room was clean but small. Nice and light. Internet was quick and reliable. It's in a great location to visit the seafront with all the boats and only 10-15 min walk to the cathedral. Lots of decent eateries right next door. Will try again if in Palma for a short stay. My only small gripe is that even though they were empty they wanted to charge me EUR22 for overnight parking.

During pandemic traveling is not easy but possible. The AC Hotel has a perfect location in the center of Palma de Mallorca. Very close to the best restaurants, old town and tourist places. The city beach is about 3 km from the hotel where you can walk along fabulous city promenade.
During covid-19 pandemic the hotel staff did absolutely everything to make our stay safe and amazing. Providing sanitizers everywhere, transparency about the safety rules in Spain and on the Balearic Islands. Service was amazing and the staff was helpful and happy to have us. The hotel was prepared perfectly to have guests during pandemic in the safest possible way. The room was very clean and nice with a street view towards the port. We got everting we needed in our room during whole stay. Good value for the money paid. We got more then we expected during this extraordinary time. We felt very safe and appreciated. We want to come back to this wonderful place. Many thanks to everyone at AC Hotel in Palma for making this stay so wonderful, safe and very pleasant.

The staff was extremely hardworking and accommodating. Each of them had a sense of urgency, we’re happy to assist, genuinely came across that they enjoyed their job, gave recommendations, helped with public transportation instructions, and local directions with ease. I checked in online, and sent a chat prior to my arrival which was quickly answered, my request for a high floor was accommodated with a nice view of Palma, and the balcony was a surprising plus. Nespresso machine was also handy.
I was recommended, and would also recommend the breakfast special “Mallorca Sobrasada with Mahón cheese and cane honey.” Delish.
Marta Jaune(Reception Manager), Maria(GM at Reception throughout my stay), and Carlos(working breakfast during my stay.) There were more associates, but I cannot place their names. My apologies. However; each person I encountered went out of their way to provide excellent service.
Housekeeping team also did a great job, my room was more than sufficiently cleaned daily.
Appeared that health and safety in this time were of high importance to the hotel. There were many things in place that made me feel safe and comfortable as a guest traveling for the first time in a while during COVID.

This is a solid 3+* hotel in a decent enough location. There’s plenty of restaurants and bars around it, it’s about 15-20mins walk to the old town and easily accessible by taxi from the airport.
The rooms are not particularly spacious, but pleasant and the AC works well. The bathroom was pretty large and had everything you could need.
Breakfast during Covid-times was pretty limited (continental) and served by one member of staff who was also looking after everything else in the dining area. I was expecting more for EUR12pp, to be honest. Staff were friendly and efficient overall.
Prices seemed to be going a bit crazy in Palma when we visited, but I couldn’t honestly say I thought the hotel was particularly good value and wouldn’t be rushing back.

Great location and lovely staff!
Loved the location the hop on hop off bus stop right around the corner of the hotel There is a taxi stand right outside the door which happens to be to be a blessing especially when it rained
Rooms were comfortable appreciated the USA outlet in the bathroom, the coffeemaker and the mineral water in the room.
Even though the hotel is a bit away from the central part of Palma, I would still return here in a heartbeat
Total bonus THE LAVENDER SEEDS probably the best momento I brought back from Mallorca

Visited as a family of 3 in the midst of the corona pandemic. The hotel and rooms are getting a bit tired and could do with some TLC, however, considering the situation we had a lovely stay and without exception felt that every staff could not do enough for us. The staff seemed to have to cover different roles but we were made to feel special and extremely welcome. The only reason I am not giving the 5th star is that I didn't feel any special consideration as a gold member. However, staff were without exception so lovely that it made up for that. 100% recommendable.

AC Palma on Mallorca is located about 20 minute drive from the airport, PMI. Whilst being a 15 minute walk from the main shopping streets, the hotel is just minutes from the waterfront and the promenade. It is also moment away from museums and the cathedral. The hotel has a nice bar and restaurant called the AC lounge, however should you want something else then there are plenty of restaurants around the hotel. There is limited parking space available so you need to book unless you want to try your luck with on street parking. There is a small gym in the basement with some weights and an exercise bike and a treadmill. The rooms are nice and big with plenty of space and good WiFi. Overall a good option for exploring Palma.

No we don't have a swimming pool we are so sorry..
I'm not sure but you can email the Hotel for an answer. In my opinion, any room at this Hotel is very satisfactory.
