This is a lovely, newly refurbished hotel. It was fairly quiet when we went (beginning of September), so not too many children, not sure what holiday time would be like. It was very family friendly with a small pool and a playhouse attended by the Animation Team. Daily exercise in pool for those willing and able. The location is a little out of the way, but a nice walk downhill to the nearby small town of Sant Agustin with a marina/harbour and smallish beach (Cala Major). We walked down but recommend a bus or taxi back, especially if it is very hot. The hotel rooms are comfortable (we had a twin double bedroom) with a walk-in shower which has also been refurbished. The room is cleaned daily and the sheets are changed, also towels changed daily at the moment (due to Covid?). Currently face masks are worn indoors. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The food has a lovely selection for each meal and some things you can see being freshly made, e.g. paella, pancakes. There is a bar to obtain all drinks you need. The only downside is that there is no pool bar at the moment as it had burnt down a couple of weeks before we arrived, so all drinks are only available at the indoor bar. I am sure that they will remedy this before the next season as their season ends at the end of September. There is evening entertainment (family friendly) and a regular free coach can take you to Palma Nova during the day, if you wish. Would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a nice, peaceful holiday with no noisy nightlife.

Been renovated recently and what a difference from before. Restaurant had plenty of choices for all meals, you would never starve while staying here. Pool bar was closed after a fire meaning you had to go inside for drinks, minor inconvenience but I did see a couple of people fall outside while carrying drinks back from inside bar. No lack of sun loungers, plenty for everyone. Animation team were great, the lass that did the aqua gym was far too energetic, how she kept that up all day is amazing. Had a corner room so it was nice and big. New bathrooms are lovely. Only downside was nowhere to put toiletries in shower. Had to put them on floor of shower, having back issues this was not ideal for me. The maid from floor 5 was lovely, always said good morning to us. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel recently refurbished. Rooms nice clean, ample room for clothes, comfy bed. Good bathroom, shower, towels changed daily. Balcony with two chairs and small table. Check in was easy and reception staff helpful. Computer & printer in reception for guests use. Well stocked bar and good choice of drinks for AI. Bar area nice well furnished and spacious, outside terrace. Dining room spacious and a very good variety of food both hot and cold, salad, good variety of sweets and fruit at each sitting. Grounds are lovely both grass and paved area with ample sun loungers available, nicely landscaped. Staff and animation team all lovely. Enjoyed our holiday and would go back to this hotel again. The small town of San Agustin not far away but down steps which is okay, we took a taxi back it was only €4 or the bus stop is across the road from the hotel. Free hotel bus to Palma Nova every half hour during the day is also a bonus. Lovely relaxing hitel

We're staying here now as rebooked as had stayed here a few yrs bk just before it closed for renovation. I checked and looked on TripAdvisor to see if this hotel was offering the same fab service and options as last time and looked at some reviews for reassurance. The hotel has a pool bar and little areas where you can get snacks and icecreams from a stand alone freezer, NOT THIS TIME !. Very disappointed as you have to go into the main lobby bar to get your drinks ,which means clothes over your swimwear(obviously not soaking wet from pool ) quite a walk to it ( not long walk tbh but up a ramp and steps ) only 3 drinks allowed to take away at one time ,so by the time you get bk to your sunbed either most is lost and beer is warm .Don't understand why they can't plug the freezer in for the icecreams into another socket rnd the pool area as there is a few as music is plugged into it for pool entertainment ect. And why cannot they open the snack bar ?? There are many ppl here on holiday and there are enough staff ,even entertainment staff are redundant hanging rnd the pool laughing and mucking about with each other so get them in there itshardly rocket science! We booked this holiday with jet 2 and like other ppl we've spoken to we've not got the holiday experience and service that we've paid for and are NOT HAPPY ! There is not rep to speak to and the reception staff are either arrogant and rude if you approach them with a query or question or don't speak good enough English to understand you .Apppart from that the hotel has been renovated beautifully, rooms are OK if walls a little thin as usual every language on the TV if you want to watch anything even kids channel but my elderly mum is no party girl so she likes to see what's on and 2 channels only in English so not much choice unless your Spanish even movie channel is Spanish cant translate to english whatsoever. The food is hot and plentiful and cooked fresh in front of you pasta is boiled in batches so no stale food or luke warm which is one of the reasons we decided to come bk as last time it was just as good ,just not much choice as they'll probably use the excuse we're not full capacity but still look after the customers you have is surely as important? Quite a few people we have spoken to are returning from years before and stay regularly in normal times pre-covid and are too not happy . The hotel is very covid safe and guest are adhering to mask wearing ect in areas and there's plenty of sanitizer about and staff in masks too . Just overall we're not happy as it's not what we hoped it would be 😕

Stayed here for a week at the end of August - can highly recommend it for couples and families alike. Excellent facilities , excellent food available all day and pretty good entertainment. Particularly good animation team who kept us all laughing most of the day. Very, very clean and good hygiene standards all around without being intrusive to guests. Easy enough to walk into the local resort which had a great beach and beach bar facilities etc and easy to get to Palma on the local bus which you could pick up from right outside the hotel. We intend to return soon with the family. We know our little ones will love it.
