Rooms are very very poor and the higenic situation critical: we never had sheets changed in 1 week, they were rough and the mattress, apart from been very unconfortable, was coverd with a plastic film, something horrible especially when the weather's soo hot.
The room door was thin and unsafe.
The toilet was ultra basic, no soap/shower cap and no cleaning at all. There was a (probably) blood stain on one side of the sink when we arrived and 1 week later it was still there.
Almost all the bulkhead separating the little terrasses were broken, some of them got broken by punching (the shape of the hole was clear). Broken glasses and plastic were still there so, something totally unsafe.
Swimming pool water was murky and we've never dared swimming inside it.
Breakfast was a bit too German taste customized.
oh, the hostal is very close to the beach but the location has nothing attractive at all.
I guess that's enough: just don't go there!
At arrival me and my girlfriend ware greeted by a clearly high bloke who greeted us in German (in Spain, right). Anyway, we received room doors, got in to the room it was 3 bed room, we ordered 2 but fair enough. After about half hour we ware leaving the place to go to the beach, the guy at the reception told us he gave us a wrong room, on which we responded that we, will be back soon and go to the other room aż we have plans, my girlfriend went back to the room to get money, while in the room the receptionist tried to GET IN THE ROOM!!! While as far as he knew there was no one inside. Outrageous, but that's not the end of the story, first night room next to ours 3am in the morning, loud music and banging on the wall, we went to the reception and guess what the receptionist told us.
,, WHY DIDN'T YOU GO TO MAGALUF" And totally ignored the request to calm down blokes in the room next to ours.
Very poor breakfast bar,in the morning when someone else was at the reception they didn't speak a word of English, the rooms ware dirty and the shower drain clogged completely.
I would not recommend this place to my mortal enemy.
Staff is friendly but they want to speak mostly german.
At first the room was ok, we had AC and balcony - great. Toilet seems to be ok too.
Water in the shower was cold - we asked staff - you have to wait... they said, we did and nothing changed.
We came back from the beach in the late evening and wanted to go to sleep, aaaand it occured that perhaps nobody changed the bedsheets from the previous guests, even if the beds was made well. How can we know that? - In between the sheets there was somebody's used pants!!! That was too much, i went to the front desk - they didnt belive me at first, then they changed the sheets.
Later on - all the drunk people started to come back from the party to their rooms doing terrible noise. The walls are super thin and we had a impression that all those people are sitting on our balcony... the doors were not really safe, I was a bit scared... At least we have been there just for one night, luckily.
The breakfast is served till very late, because theyy know that all the people with hangover wouldnt wake up before 10 am so they serve it till 2 pm. It was fine as long as we noticed human hair under the ham and salami slices... disgusting, but more disgusting was that the lady who have been putting more food there didnt take it off but just covered with new fresh ham... there was nothing to drink instead of coffee - no tea, no juice, no water.
that was quite funny experience, but no, i won't recommend it :)
