Wow! What an amazing hotel. I honestly cannot fault thing. If I came back to Palma again, I wouldn’t even think about looking anywhere else. The hotel is immaculate. Staff are all so friendly they couldn’t do enough for us. Rooms are lovely with Molten Brown toiletries and the kitchen is well equipped for everything you’d need. There is a supermarket 2 mins walk that has all the essentials so you can bring food and drink back to your apartment. You have all the amenities of a self catering room but with all the facilities of a hotel. The staff helped us to hire a car around the island for the day and also helped us with a taxi back to the airport. We always finished our night with drinks at the hotel bar. Great cocktails and very reasonably priced. Very glad we chose this hotel.

We stayed a week in a Junior Suite on floor 3, it was ideal. Comfy bedroom, nice bathroom, a living area and kitchen facilities including a large fridge freezer with a big bag of ice. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, housekeeping supply you daily with anything you need. The roof terrace is great for chilling out and has fab views of the city. Situated centrally it was about 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach following the small lanes down to the waterfront. An abundance of bars and restaurants nearby, the Molta Barra just to the side of the hotel serves fantastic tapas and good wine at reasonable prices.

We were a group of three adult friends staying in a deluxe premium suite on a room only basis. There was plenty of room for all three of us; we never felt on top of each other. Whilst we didn’t make use of the full kitchen, it was very well equipped. The full-size fridge and kettle were both very much appreciated. The AC worked well and it was always nice to come back to a cool suite after a day of sightseeing. There was also lots of storage for clothes; they had made excellent use of the space for this. The whole hotel smelled gorgeous, and there were lovely full-size bottles of high-end toiletries and cleaning products in the suite. The bar area within the reception/lobby area was beautiful; we utilised the daily happy hour to have a glass of cava for €3.50! Irrespective of the price, the cava was delicious. We only went up to the roof terrace once as this was very much a city break for us. It was very pleasant but more of a ‘sitting and enjoying the views’ type of space than a ‘sun bathing and enjoying the pool’ type of space. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The location was great; the cathedral was only a 10 minute walk away and there was a multitude of very good restaurants (and a couple of small supermarkets) within a 5 minute walk. A great find and we can’t wait to return.

We stayed in Room 406 (JUnior Suite) which was a corner room so there were windows in both the bedroom and the living area. We only used the kitchenette for breakfast or easy sandwich type lunches as there really isn't enough amenities to cook a proper meal, but with excellent bars and restaurants in the area one doesn't need to cook. A Supermarket is a 3 minute walk away. We had a car and the excellent carpark was close by with a flat rate of 10E's per day, paid to the hotel. The room was a bit tired, but ultra clean, we could smell the cleaning products (chlorine) after each housekeeping visit. This is a small hotel, breakfast at 15E's per person must be booked in advance as they have capacity for just 30 guests. Location was excellent to see everything that Palma has to offer and in a quiet area. Palma is basically flat and everything is within walking distance if you stay in the centre of town. The rooftop pool is tiny so I wouldn't be staying here if your idea of a holiday is to sit around a pool and there is no service in this area. The lobby is small and can be cluttered with guest luggage. Would I stay here again, probably not.

Well appointed accommodation, convenient for restaurants and sightseeing if you like a short walk. Rooftop terrace steps to negotiate as lift doesn't reach. Friendly reception staff. Breakfast has to be booked the day before and was adequate, with cooked breakfast on request, we had bacon and eggs cooked to our liking within minutes. Obviously dog friendly ?small dogs only, but owners thought they could bring them into breakfast area!! They were politely told by reception to remove them to their apartment!

This place is a real find, it's high standard accommodation right in the heart of the old town, tucked away yet accessible for exploring Palma. The staff are really friendly and professional and always make me feel welcome, they remember me as I've stayed before and offer me an upgrade and choice of Suites, every one I've stayed in has been excellent! This year staff were also helpful in advising me of local COVID rules; and the accommodation cleanliness was of a high standard as always. Good to have a gym facility and the roof terrace is a lovely private area with fabulous views, day and night.

Honestly by far the best 4 star hotel I’ve ever encountered! From the moment we arrived, we loved this “tiny” quirky hotel. We were greeted with champagne in hand while checking in, every member of the staff is so kind. The beds were amazingly comfortable (!!!) which was much appreciated after a red eye flight. The room was plenty spacious enough for two, super clean and modern. Walk in shower, great AC circulation and a nice seating area, as well as a kitchen.
The downstairs bar is lovely, has a happy hour and you can opt for a delicious breakfast. This hotel is highly central to all of the stops in Palma, relatively easy to find and they offer a $9 a day parking option that is a quick 5 min walk away!
Cannot wait to go back, I will only stay at Palma Suites when visiting Palma!

A real home Suite home! From the moment we arrived (approx 11.00 in the morning) to the moment we left we received nothing but great service and friendliness from all of the staff. We had asked for a suite upgrade via email, before we arrived and this was organised (Suite 509 Premium Deluxe, absolutely fabulous in every way) and was ready for us within 30 minutes of arrival. Just enough time to enjoy a cool and refreshing welcome drink and to get some great tips from Katja on local restaurants. Having a full kitchen in the Suite we tended to take breakfast at "home" but still enjoyed the lounge and bar areas in the early evenings- Palma Happy hour 7.00 to 8.00 perfect for pre dinner drinks. Location of hotel, is such, that you can choose from 30 or so restaurants within a 4 minute stroll. Something for all tastes and pockets. Access to the beach for most would be achieved in 10 minutes via mainly flat walkways. Bus stops and the Train Station also very close by.
For the active there is a well equip gym which was empty when we visited and a small plunge pool on the roof. Although the roof space was busier than the gym, we never struggled to get a seat and enjoy the fabulous views.

The (boutique) hotel is beautiful and well located. The family room was very spacious, with different levels and a small kitchen. Everything is brand new and all toiletries were of high quality. My only point for improvement would be the breakfast - it was quite basic and didn't have many options, especially for kids (some cereal options would help already). The hotel was quite expensive, but this does seem to be the case everywhere in Palma in the summer.
