Lovely hotel in a fantastic position central to everything. Minimalistic rooms - all very clean with a bath/shower and nice touch with Moulton Brown shower/shampoo lotions. Front staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was adequate - self service with cold meats and cheese but limited hot food. Scrambled egg every day. 5 mins walk to the Cathedral which is definitely worth a visit and also caught the tram from the centre to Soller which was a lovely day out. Ate in a few places near the hotel -had lunch in Ombu 2 mins walk from the hotel (lovely tapas esp chicken croquettes and pad thai), Bar Dia (very popular with locals and good value for money) but avoid La bodega (terrible meal). If you do make the trip to Soller had an excellent paella in Bon VI which is off the main strip (check out their reviews).

We stayed here for a 3 nights break in late June, after the long Covid travel ban. I booked the hotel principally because of its central location and our positive experiences with the Petit Palace chain. The hotel is in the heart of the old city, but the building itself has been extensively refurbished, making it comfortable with modern facilities, whilst retaining the charm and character of its surroundings and original architecture. The courtyard, where breakfast and drinks and snacks are served is particularly charming. There is also a small pool and sunbathing area on the roof terrace, but we didn’t use it. We asked for a quiet room at the top and we got just that - it was super comfortable and quiet. Two key attributes distinguish this hotel; firstly, its superb location - at the heart of everything you want to see in Palma. And secondly, the friendliness of the staff, so thank you for making our first trip out (after this long Covid confinement) so enjoyable. We will most definitely be back.

From checking in to leaving at 5 am a week later every member of staff at this lovely hotel never stopped smiling. In a good location in the old town minutes from the marina and a bus stop that went to the top of the city. The room was spotlessly clean comfortable and presented in a modern minimalist style. The shower was forceful and all toiletries are from a very good supplier, Molton Brown. The buffet breakfast was varied with a selection of cheeses ,meats, croissants and fruits. and a selection of juices. Unexpected was the hot bacon, sausages and eggs. In fact everything to start your day well.. The bed was very comfortable but despite a selection of pillows we struggled to find a combination that suited us.

An oasis of calm, this hotel is in a fantastic location for exploring and eating! The staff are all fantastic and the rooms airy and well serviced. There is a real chilled atmosphere as soon as you walk in. We have a room that overlooks the front and noise has never been a problem. The breakfast is so good and terrace/pool area lovely. Sunbathing to a view of the cathedral is exceptional. This really is a perfect destination for a sunny city break, it’s 5/10 minutes walk to cathedral, we’ll worth but be warned it’s a 138 steps on a stone spiral staircase to the terraces, but worth the view. Take the train to Soller& Port de Soller, that’s a must. If you want authentic tapas in the day, try the local indoor market, more than enough to choose from. The City is clean and the locals super friendly

The best part of this hotel is their staff -Clara, May, Thomas, Jorge, all of housekeeping and all members of the bar staff (there is one unpleasant guy at the bar, but there’s no such thing as perfect staff). The staff tries to go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and they are quite personable and witty. This is a solid, four-star hotel. It’s an oasis/refugee from the hot Majorcan sun. The rooms are always clean and are also aesthetically pleasing. If you’re a light sleeper, you may need earplugs at night depending on your room. Again, the staff is quite accommodating and will help you with your plug (and noise). They are amazing at booking excursion, beach clubs (I found out you actually need them two weeks in advance, but they were still able to find me somewhere to go), and meal reservations. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a solid four-star that’s walkable and clean. Oh and the breakfast is okay.

Having notified the hotel of our late arrival, we were rather disconcerted to find the gates of the hotel closed. The taxi driver helped us find the call button to summon reception, and we were warmly welcomed. We were directed to our room, which was modern, with an open plan bathroom area, and a very comfortable king size bed. Breakfast was OK, hot food(scrambled egg, bacon and sausage) not overly hot, but plenty of choice of cold meats, cakes etc. We were disappointed that the bar was never open, it would have been great to have had a drink before/after dinner. The main attraction of the hotel is the location, 5 minutes from the Cathedral and a short walk to the seafront, with a bus stop at the end of the alley to take you to the main bus station. Also, plenty of restaurants nearby. An ideal place to stay for a winter city break

My wife and I stayed in the Petit Palace Hotel in September 2022 for 3 nights everything from checking in to checking out was fantastic. We were made very welcome by all the staff and our room on the 5th floor was very comfortable. The location of the hotel is great with all the attractions near bye. We arrived as a group of 8 to celebrate our friends birthday for a short beak and from start to finish of our stay the staff were ALL first rate . The rooms were well appointed lovely comfortable beds , couple of free complimentary waters (nice touch on what turned out to be a very hot day) . If you need anything at all just ask they are more than happy to help. Nicely located just off the fountain roundabout easy access to the coastline and the cathedral and plenty of shopping to the in land . Fortunate enough to have 3 fantastic sunny days. sun terrace has a small but perfectly formed pool for a cooling off dip. breakfast was of a high standard and plenty of variety to suit all needs. Would recommend to anyone . Thank you to all the staff.

I spent four nichts at Hotel Tres and had a wonderful time. The rooms are super nice and quite, the staff was super friendly and offered a helping hand whenever they could. The location in Palma is perfect and the rooftop sauna with a view on the Cathedral is spectacular. I will come back!

Great little find in the perfect location. Great attention to detail in a little boutique hotel.
We will definitely be back. Lovely decor, great cleaners, welcoming attentive staff and a perfect breakfast.

The bathroom we had didn’t have a door…just a curtain. There is a door to the toilet, but I seem to remember it’s not a full height door. You do, therefore, get a certain level of privacy! Don’t know if all rooms are the same.
The easiest way to get from the airport to the hotel is taxi. It costs about €15-20 and will only take you 15 minutes to get there. And the taxi will stop as close to the hotel as possible (by the roundabout and outside Ombu-a super nice restaurant by the way).
But you can also take the bus from the airport (number 1 - I think it is), it costs €5, but it will probably take you around 30 minutes. And then you have to walk a bit to get to the hotel.
