We stayed at M House July 2020 and we were stunned by the beauty of this hotel. The room rate is extremely fair for the quality of the service offered and the conditions of the room - everything in the room looks brand new! Shout out to the friendly service at Front Desk and at breakfast! The location is unbeatable: just a few minutes walking from plaza españa, plaza mayor, las ramblas and all the great restaurants and shopping. We will be back!!

What a perfect stay! From beginning to end, MHouse was just wonderful. Dimitar on the front desk was really helpful and friendly. The hotel pool is only small but the booking system of 1hr per room works well and we had no problem booking the slot we wanted each day. The room was spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated - we appreciated the Nespresso machine with pods topped up each day. Thank goodness for the AC too! The courtyard garden feels so calm and the reception area is calm and cool. I would say that the breakfast is overpriced - an ok selection but nothing special for the price - not a problem when you have so many other options on the doorstep. We were also slightly disappointed that the bar was well stocked but never open - we were offered wine but it would have been nice to have a choice of drinks to enjoy in the courtyard.
The location can't be beaten - tucked away from the hustle and bustle but just walk for 30 seconds up a narrow road and you are right on the main high street. I would highly recommend this hotel and would certainly return. We found it to be excellent value for money.

Me and my wife planned to stay 3 nights in Palma at M house before moving on to another town. The reason we picked M house was for their relaxing vibe, Nice room and private pool area which would be a nice contrast to the sometimes chaotic city.
After the first day, we noticed that the shower was glocked. After 30-45 sec with the water turned on half, there was already running signifikant amount of water out on the floor. That meant we had to shower for 20 sec, turn the water off, use shampoo and then repeat, to prevent the water from damaging the room.
The following morning we went to the reception to the manager Dania, and told about the problem. She would call the plumber and he would solve the problem immediately.
The next morning when we showered, the problem wasnt fixed at all, so we took pictures and went to the reception. The manager wasnt their but the lady promised to call somebody to fix it. In the evening when we returned, he was told he couldnt come because he had weekend and lived and hour away, but we instead could have a free coffee the morning after where we left.
We suggested we instead could have a free meal, because we the day before had a meal for 30€ which he hadn't payed for yet. We thought it was a very small thing to ask for, since being able to take a bath is a big thing and something we pay for. The girl in the reception, would talk to the manager and ask if it was okay.
The next morning when we left, our offer was declined. The manager didnt Think that a broken bath would compensate for a meal. We left with nothing, paying full price for a broken hotel room.
The first day we came i was surprised of how Nice the hotel was, and i already told my brother who visit palma in late September with his girlfriend, to go here. I Think i have changed my mind now after this poor service

+1
The reception and other communal areas of this hotel look great, and it's in a decent location. Nice welcome drink on arrival. We chose the hotel based on it's photos, but unfortuantly the 2 rooms (we asked to move after 2 nights) we were of a pretty poor standard.
We originally got room 6, which is tiny, and only has one window that looks out to a huge noisy vent. It's dark, with very little natural light and feels very dingy. I'd put money on it being their worst room— which is unfortunate as this was out first holiday in a couple of years! Our shower didn’t work one morning, which we informed reception about and they told us someone was coming to fix it- but vitally didn't offer anywhere else for us to shower until we asked, which didn't feel like great service. Only about half of the power outlets work in this room.
We didn't have a great time in there to be honest. Ask to swap immediately if you get this room— honestly don't even bother going down the stairs!
We stayed there for 2 nights and then asked to move. We moved to room 9 which was much nicer (but did have damp/mould on the walls and on the hanging art).
Soundproofing of the doors was poor in both rooms, and woke us up a few times.
Generally it's an okay hotel, and to it's credit the bar and reception areas look nice, and the general style is sleek, but we wouldn’t stay again. Certainly not in one of the first tier price rooms, they unfortunately aren’t worth €150/night by anyones standards.
We could have just got really unlucky with rooms, as lots of people don't seem to have issues, but it was all a bit style over substance in our opinion! We originally has a booking at Nakar, we we really wish we hadn't switched.
Luckily we were only there for a few nights before moving on to a gorgeous apartment elsewhere on the island, but it left a bit of a sour taste.

We had a reservation (via Booking.com) for Friday the 10th of June.
I made this reservation 4 months in advance, for a special weekend away. Several emails were exchanged via booking.com, even on our day of arrival, regarding the pool and having an iron in the room.
It goes without saying that I was very excited to arrive at the hotel. However when we arrived at 9pm we were told that there was an issue with our room, and we had been booked into an alternative hotel. Apparently we had been emailed regarding this. The message I received on that day, barely a few hours prior to our arrival, read as follows;
"Dear Mr. Thorpe,
thank you very much for your message. We are happy to inform that we booked the double room with breakfast for you at the hotel Innside by Meliá.
Our collegues from reception are already waiting for you, the iron will be done on arrival without any problem.
Best wishes,
M house team"
Followed by a link that didn't work.
Does the above message clearly state that we don’t have a room available? To us, it sounded like our room was confirmed. It is definitely not clear that we no longer had our reservation, and that we had been booked into somewhere else. Especially as this was sent while we were travelling from another country. The link doesn’t work, so we had no idea of the situation.
It might have helped if the receptionist was sympathetic to our situation, but she didn’t appear to be. We arrived at 9pm, to be told we didn’t have a room, but had been booked into a hotel we had never heard of, and after looking at the images of it online, would never have booked.
This is not a hotel I would ever book. Why we weren’t given a proper explanation and a choice, is beyond me?
We were stuck, having paid for a taxi from the airport, then having to get another taxi to take us up to Soller, where thankfully we had friends that let us sleep on their sofa. This was so far removed from the stay we had planned, I can’t describe how upset & disappointed I was.
After emailing the hotel twice since, we received no reply. Not even a courtesy.
I've stayed at this hotel before, so this experience was a massive let down.
It goes without saying, I won't be booking it again.

In the old town this establishment could not be faulted apart from no English channels on the TV.
The room we had was spotless and fresh tea and coffee supplies replenished each day.
A machine was in the bar to replenish our water daily of either still or sparkling water FOC.
Breakfast was mainly continental but did include scrambled egg, bacon, mushrooms. Very good. It was a buffet style also with juices, fresh fruit, hams and cheeses, toast and pastries. Coffee and tea from a machine.
The staff were charming. The rooftop pool was a real delight after a hectic day of sightseeing.

Conveniently located within a stone's throw from all the major sights in the city of Palma this beautiful boutique hotel offers the ideal stay for travelers. Myself and my partner thoroughly enjoyed this lovely accommodation with the unique bohemian style and the exceptionally characteristic Mediterranean island-inspired decoration. The restaurant and bar have a wide range of well catered Spanish food and tapas, French pastries and a plethora of soft drinks, cocktails and wines to choose from. The rooms we stayed at were an absolutely delight. Immaculately cleaned, well aired, with comfortable bedding, pillows and mattresses that guarantee that you will get up feeling refreshed and rejuvenated! However, the best part of this stay and what really made the experience unique was the staff and the management team. Staff that is passionate about what they do, care about the experiences they deliver and they take pride in it. Happy and positive individuals who despite long working hours are happy to go the extra mile and support to ensure guests have the best experience. With that said, I wanted to say a huge thank you to the entire M House team with a very special kudos to Dania, the most amazing receptionist of all times and her manager Esti. We loved this hotel and the island and we will definitely be coming back for more! All the best, Yanni & Adrian

This hotel is well situated in the old town and just a 5 minute walk from the train station (& train to Sóller) and A1 Airport bus stop at Plaça d’España (bus is 5€ per person each way - purchase on bus with cash only but note that largest bank note they accept is 10€ per transaction). We stayed in a “Comfort” room which was a good size, modern style and well appointed, but a useful addition would be an iron & ironing board. The Buffet breakfast had a good selection but the single coffee machine was a bit slow and they could probably do with a second one. The staff were helpful & friendly and, on the day we left, were happy to store our luggage until we needed to return to the airport. I would recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at M House Hotel. We booked a Superior Double Room and it was exactly like in the pictures. The breakfast had a cold buffet and a warm A la Carte menu, very tasty and with a good variety of fruits, juices, pastries etc. The staff was always friendly and helpful.
