Staying at this hotel was one of the highlights of our trip to Spain! My only regret is that we only had one night there.
- Customer Service: This was some of the best customer service that I've experienced in a long time. We had reserved a parking space through the hotel and followed their instructions. The woman who worked the front desk (I wish I got her name because she was so wonderful!) met us and directed us to the spot and helped with our luggage. The check-in and check-out experience was seamless. Room service was punctual and food was great.
- Special Touches: The hand written note left in our room along with the hats and the special touches were so sweet and welcoming.
- Room: The room itself was spacious and had everything we needed. It was great to have a chrome cast late at night for watching tv.
- Location: The location was a short walk to everything we wanted to explore.
- Breakfast: Breakfast was delicious!
- Rooftop pool: The rooftop pool was fantastic! There were plenty of seats and again, the service was fantastic and would bring up drinks promptly when ordered.

I can't recommend this hotel enough! Thank you for an incredible stay in Palma.

This is our 3rd stay at this brilliant relaxing hotel. All the staff are exceptional, very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. A great welcome serves as an introduction to the hotel with suggestions of what to do during your stay. We had a lovely large room with a very comfortable bed, quality toiletries, towels dressing gowns everything you could need. Breakfast is a real treat, everything is delicious, we particulary like the fresh fruit, lovely breads and local food cooked to order for you. The dining area is a very relaxing space to spend time. The location is great with easy walking to all the main sights, bus and train station. We love visiting the roof top terrace where you can sit in the warm sun in December. There are plenty of good eating places within a short walk from the hotel. We like to eat early and had no problem enjoying great food.

This 16th Century building has been lovingly restored by the owners, who have managed to retain a lot of the original features of the building such as the beautiful archways in the reception and dining areas.
When you walk through the hotel entrance you realise you have entered somewhere special as you can immediately sense the ambiance & quality of the hotel. You will then be met by helpful staff who all do their utmost to ensure you have a memorable stay which my wife and I had.
The rooms are all tastefully furnished and the bedrooms are very comfortable with large beds with Egyptian Cotton sheet, smart tv’s, mini bar, beautiful bathrooms.
There is a small plunge pool with several lounge and deck chairs located on the rooftop terrace overlooking part of the City which is a welcome place to relax after a day spent touring the sights of Palma.

The hotel is located in the Old Town of Palma and is within easy walking distance of all the City’s tourist attractions including Palma Cathedral and restaurants , yet is still in a quiet peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle of the City.

The hotel is very welcoming and every member of staff who work at the hotel is extremely helpful from the reception and catering staff to the cleaners and maintenance guy who saw me moving lounge beds on the terrace and then went out of his way to help me . Annia the front office manager,Slavic and Madi on reception along with all the other reception staff helped to make our stay extra special ( sorry if I’ve spelt any of the names wrong).

There is a good choice of food at breakfast to suit all tastes and the dining room is open to guests & non guests to book for evening meal if they so wish.
We didn’t eat dinner in the hotel as there are so many nearby restaurants and tapas bars we wanted to try. We had some beautiful tapas one evening at the Montibarra tapas bar which is only 15 yards from the hotel where my wife and I had several delicious tapas plus 3 large wines each for 28 euros. The City’s nearby Olivar Market also has a great selection of tapas bars where you can sit & have lunch with the locals for a good price.

If we visit Palma again my wife and I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else.

I stayed 6 nights in this beautiful gem of a boutique hotel of 250 years old sympathetically restored by the owners. It has been fully modernised with all mod cons. I stayed in room 101 initially but asked to be moved as this room is on the ground floor so was quite dark being overshadowed by another tall building in a passageway plus it had beams in the room. I moved to room 208 which seemed a much bigger room: there was full length doors that opened onto the street below. separate shower with huge shower head and separate toilet. Very well lit with vanity mirror. Bed was very comfortable - two single beds placed together. Cool luxury cotton sheets. Flat screen TV had limited TV channels. There was an i pad in the room for guests use
Breakfast was an excellent buffet with eggs to order. They had a special breakfast dish every day but I stuck to the poached or fried egg with avocado. Pedro also brought me a fresh smoothie of the day. It was a wonderful relaxing stay. The management very generously gave me a bottle of cava and for New Years a carton of 12 grapes with small bottle of champagne. The Posada Terra Santa also have a roof top terrace with small swimming pool. There is also a spa with swimming pool that the hotel only permit individual guest rooms to book. A Perfect hotel that knows how to deliver on service comfort and individuality.

Considering the price we payed for our stay it feels like it was not really worth it. The building is beautiful and the staff and service really fantastic. The location was perfect with a lot of bars and restaurants nearby. But the room was below standard for a hotel in this category. Some sockets, floor folding and other parts of the room had scratch marks and the cleaning wasn't super. The beds a bit hard. The pool area on the roof was very nice but the pool was no bigger then a big bathtub and had a lot of skin flakes and hair floating around in it so it didn't felt very nice to cool of in, it really need to be better cleaned.

Palma is a beautiful city but I don't like how they exploits horses for the highly doubtful pleasure of going around Palma in a carriage.

Upon arrival checked in promptly by lovely staff. Offered glass Cava or hot drink and some pastries which were all very welcome. Left bags as early for room and wandered around for a few hours. Upon return got keys and went to room. Not the biggest but very nicely done with a bathroom that is partly open but also not. Works very well. Bottle of Cava and chocolates left out as had booked hotel direct. We had a small terrace area which was nice to sit out when it was warm enough. We didn't use the rooftop area as a bit chilly during our stay but it all looked very nice with plenty of chairs and I can imagine very pleasant when warmer. Nice comfy bed and the shower worked easily with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was very nice, good quality ingredients, more than enough choice. The hotel itself is all very well done with fixtures and fittings, plenty of seating areas if you want to get out of your room. The staff were all unfailingly pleasant and helpful without being in your face, a nice balance. Everywhere was very clean and well maintained. Location for us was good as in Old Town and everything walkable. Plenty of restaurants and bars within 10 minute walk. Very quiet location, no noise disturbance during night. For our taste, a relaxing hotel with everything we wanted. If return to Palma would come back to this hotel.

Our stay at the Posada Terra Santa exceeded expectations on all levels. The attention to detail throughout the hotel and in the care given to us by every member of staff was exceptional. The singular location in old Palma enabled us to explore the city comprehensively and travel by bus, train and tram to walk from village to village elsewhere on the island. Our departure was on 'lockdown Monday' (16/3/20), we were looked after calmly and efficiently on Sunday as the crisis heightened.

I do not usually write reviews. If the hotel is good, I would like to keep that information to myself, and if it is bad, I have no pleasure in sharing my bad experience with the rest of the world. This time however, I feel obliged to share the exceptional good experience we had staying a week in Hotel Posada Terra Santa this late summer. From the moment we arrived, we were met with what we hoped, and later realized, was a genuine warm hospitality. The people behind the front desk did everything in their power to make our stay as pleasant as possibly. They arranged everything from wine tours to restaurant visits. If we wanted to go to the beach, a taxi was promptly called and the driver instructed where to go. At the same time, we were handed thick towels to bring along. Every time we came back from one of the experiences they had arranged, they asked if we had had a good time. Just to check if they could do things better the next time!
The attentiveness and hospitality of the front desk go for the rest of the staff too. The waiters in the restaurant, which by the way is excellent, were always there when you needed them. The chef, who is from Argentina, also knows how to prepare first class meat!
We had booked a preferential duplex room, which was airy, cool and delicate. We did not hear any noise from the outside and the air-condition worked smooth and quietly. The cleaning of the room was done efficiently without us noticing. The only negative was that our bathrobes were not changed the whole week.
The pool on the roof terrace is small, but it works to cool you down on hot days. It was rather crowded some afternoons, but many mornings we had the terrace to ourselves.
Adding things up, I think the founders of Hotel Posada Terra Santa that completed the hotel in 2014, did a very solid job. The old building with its ancient arcades, speaks for itself. The exquisite materials, beautiful furniture and soft colours, however, reveal not only the owners good taste, but also their strive for perfection. For people who prefer to stay in a small, convenient and intimate home away from home – Hotel Posada Terra Santa in Palma is a must!

We stayed here for 3 nights at the beginning of January for my husband’s birthday.
From the moment we arrived we were made very welcome with a complementary drink and snack.
Nothing was too much trouble, we were made to feel like family rather than just guests.
We booked through their website which gave us the best rate which included breakfast and a tasting menu for one of the evenings of our stay.
Pedro our waiter whilst we stayed was wonderful, he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy at breakfast and dinner.
We also had a free upgrade on our room which was a lovely surprise. The room was lovely, exceptionally clean and very spacious.
If your thinking of staying in the old town of Palma this is most definitely the place you need to stay.
We will be back for sure.

Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making our stay one we won’t forget.

Hope to see you later this year.

My wife and I arrived at the hotel before 10:00 a.m. on our first morning in Palma, well before normal check-in time. We were greeting by Ania at reception and were made to feel very, very welcome: we were offered breakfast and our room (which was gorgeous) was prepared and ready for us by the time we walked around the neighborhood. It was our anniversary, and a lovely bottle of cava was waiting for us in the room. We would like to thank all of the service staff in dining area, as well as Sophie and Carmen. This hotel is exceptional and we were treated exceptionally. You simply cannot ask for more. :-)
