The 5-star hotel is located inside a restored and renovated 19th-century mansion on the magnificent Sant Francesc Square, in the heart of the historic center of Palma de Mallorca. The property has 42 rooms and suites, many with wood-beamed ceilings and covered verandas, as well as others that feature original frescoes and moldings. Delicious culinary creations are served at restaurant "Quadrat" with al fresco dining in the garden. Cocktails are mixed at the lobby bar and served in our courtyard. Our rooftop features an impressive sundeck and pool with magnificent views over the city and are paired with our attentive service. If you want to feel pampered, give yourself a treat at our cozy Wellness space of cabins dedicated to your beauty and wellbeing. We have a car park agreement close to the hotel with special fares including valet service. The most important historic monuments are located close by: the cathedral, the Royal Palace of La Almudaina, "La Lonja" fish market and the Arab Baths. A team of architects, interior designers and landscape architects have designed rooms and created outdoor spaces that are sophisticated, harmonious and inviting. An exquisite collection of contemporary art and photographs adorns the walls and many of the works were specifically commissioned for the hotel.

Sant Francesc Hotel Singular has won the favor of many for its tasteful decoration, modern luxury seamlessly merged with traditional charm, and spotless environment. While the rooms are celebrated for their aesthetic and cleanliness, guests sometimes find them on the snug side and lament the absence of balconies.
The rooftop pool and well-curated amenities receive accolades, though the pool's size can be disappointing. Its central location is a hit for those eager to explore, and the exceptional service garners consistent praise, though opinions on value for money can vary.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sant Francesc. A beautifully designed, luxurious hotel in the midst of the city.
Nothing was too much or too little for the staff. The breakfast was amazing and the rooftop pool was perfect to cool off in.
We will be staying again if we come to Palma.

The Sant Francesc Hotel is unsurprisingly located in the plaza where the Sant Francesc Basilica can be found. This is an ideal location to explore the old city of Palma. The alternative location would be to find a hotel in La Lonja, which is closer to the port, the Palace and the Cathedral.
The conversion of the building has been very tastefully done preserving many of the original features of the building.
A highlight of the hotel is the small swimming pool and bar on the roof of the hotel, which is an oasis to return to after spending time exploring the city.
The hotel staff are professional but not overly friendly or warm.
We stayed in a delightful room that while it was on the second floor had to be approached using a set of steps down, so not ideal if you have mobility issues (we didn't).
The room was spacious and had a view onto the the plaza. The room had no overhead lighting, which meant at night that it could be a little dark, particularly at night when you have a lot of COVID forms to complete.
The bed was comfortable. There is a turn down service, so it is worth being out of the room when that occurs if you don't want to miss out on the chocolates and water that are delivered at that time.
There is a well stocked minibar and a safe that is large enough for a laptop. There are a limited number of guest available power sockets in the room, though there is a socket with a universal adaptor on one side of the bed.
Good quality products were to be found in the bathroom and shower.
The lack of a heated towel rail means that towels don't dry during the day, which results in more towels being used than need to be.
Covid restrictions mean that breakfast is brought to the table. At popular times there weren't enough staff laid on for the number of guests and the staff were clearly getting quite stressed about this.
There is a good range of food for breakfast on offer including a very good bircher muesli.
To the right as you go out of the hotel there is a very good Italian restaurant with both outdoors and indoors seating.

We had the great pleasure of staying at Hotel Sant Francesc Singular in September 2021 for 4 nights and can only offer our very best recommendations.
The staff was super helpful both prior to our stay and during our stay. Always super friendly and attentive, and they helped with everything from special requests, recommendations for restaurants and much more. All staff was always smiling and did a great job in making us feel welcome and special. This is how service is done when it is best, thank you.
The hotel is even better than the photos. The atmosphere is just calm, relaxing and very quiet despite the super central location in Palma, which was perfect for exploring the city by foot.
The hotel is very stylish and our room was wonderful as well. Bed was comfortable, and the large bathroom and shower felt luxurious, If we left the room for a short while, we always came back to a room that had been cleaned, sometimes 3 times or more a day.
The rooftop pool and deck is a sweet spot for relaxing with very nice views over Palma and something we enjoyed a lot.
Only bad thing to say is that we had to leave. We will definately come back and can hardly wait to do so.

We can't find one single down side to our stay at Hotel Sant Francesc: from location, to interior design, service, people attitude, food, name usage, attention to details... We loved the amazing Torre suite, where we enjoyed a stunning 360° view over the historical center of Palma, from the loveliest Jacuzzi on the suite private terrace! Food was always so well presented, fresh and delicious (best egg- white omelette ever!)
Despite we stayed only 1 night, they were able to make us feel so welcome with their warm, yet professional and attentive hospitality.
A place we would definitely love to experience again and again!

We stayed here for a couple of nights at the beginning of our honeymoon and it was great. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, the room was very spacious with a HUGE bath and great shower and they kindly gave us a bottle of delicious cava as a celebratory gift which was a nice touch.
The breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared, staff were helpful in booking restaurants for us and helping with our planning, including getting us into a couple of places we couldn’t get hold of. The pool on the roof is absolutely great after a few hours of walking around Palma, having a cocktail and relaxing is wonderful.
I would 100% recommend this hotel if you are going to Palma. The only criticism would be the very small gym with limited equipment and in Wifi. Otherwise a perfect hotel

Dear Cordelia D, We are over the moon, delighted and happy to learn about your experience with us - thank you of course for posting this lovely review, following your recent stay earlier this month. It was a very special stay indeed, beginning of your honeymoon, and I'm so proud to read that we met your expectations. You are absolutely right, we do not to have a big gym - we call it "Fitness Room", but nicely equipped so that someone can exercise "a bit" indoors during their stay if they wish to (all from Technologym, we do have a elliptical and a treadmill, and also TRX equipment, a bench and some free weights - not too heavy!). We would love to see you both back soon - maybe for that 1st wedding anniversary! In the meantime, Wishing you all the very best, Warmest regards, Miguel

We had a great time at the San Francesc : beautiful design , sobriety and chic coupled with a superb service. Sandrine and Felicity, to name a few are 2 of the angels that catered to a perfect stay and responded to all our wishes and requests.
The rooms are extremely modern but carry a sense of history as the key art of the old mansion has been preserved and enhanced .
Great outside breakfast and beautiful roof terrasse with a view : a true hotel de luxe
Thanks again, we will come back

We have had a pleasure to stay at the Sant Francesc Hotel Singular several times now and every stay has been simply impeccable. As soon as you enter this beautifully designed, stunning boutique hotel, you are surrounded by the signature scent, so gentle yet so mesmerizing. The team is fabulous, the service attentive and kind, the food simply spectacular. I consider myself to be rather demanding when it comes to cleanliness of the hotels I visit. This property is top notch when it comes to maintenance and service. I believe this is all largely down to the General Manager, whom we have often observed around the hotel, supervising daily aspects as well as entertaining guests. All his team deserves a special ‘thank you’ and whilst it would be impossible to name them all we want to thank those who have made our stay extra special: Diana, Felicidad, Santi, Luis, Raquel, Francesca, Marta, Imanol, Eva, Xisco. We will return. In the meantime, we will tell all our friends just how amazing this place is, as it certainly deserves the high rankings it already holds. Thank you a million times for a fabulous stay!

This beautifully renovated building is situated next to the church of Saint Assisi in the small streets behind the cathedral. From the warm welcome on our arrival, accompanied by a glass of cava, the whole five day stay was marvellous.
We had a suite at the rear of the hotel ( room 110) which over looked the Quadrant and rear streets but benefitted from the afternoon sun. The suite was really well appointed with a great shower room, separate bath and dressing area plus a huge bed.
Breakfast consisted of cold buffet with a variety of fruit and pastries plus the choice of hot dishes, with thirst quenching fresh orange. But the highlight was the staff each morning who were always smiling and engaging. Whoever trains them wants an award, special mention to Alec, who was always so helpful and hard working.
Pool area - small pool which is not very deep but good for cooling off. The bar does a range of cocktails and small dishes which were all excellent.
Once again many thanks for providing us with such a wonderful visit in a superb hotel for which the building and staff combine to produce a great experience.

Situate in a square near a beautiful church and near to the old town, we were delighted with this hotel which we stayed for 3 nights before moving to the sister hotel in Santanyi. The greeting upon arrival was top drawer and throughout the staff couldn't do enough to please. The rooms are a little on the small size but nicely fitted out and decorated with a Nespresso coffee machine. The terrace pool area is not large and gets popular on sunny days and gives a good view around the area and over to the Cathedral. Drinks and a small menu are available. Breakfast is served either in a cavern like room or outside in a courtyard area which is very pleasant. The staff serving breakfast were wonderful and attentive and professional and breakfast was excellent. Thank you to Diego, Luca, Emma and all the breakfast ladies ( and others whose names I have regrettably forgotten) for making us feel so welcome and for making our stay so wonderful.

Wow, this is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. Situated right in the middle of the old town, this former mansion is a real gem. You are entranced from the moment you open the door. I was hit with a luscious scent that seemed to follow me around the whole hotel. Service was impeccable, we were greeted immediately and offered complimentary cava whilst our room was arranged. The front of house staff offered to help us with information, guides, restaurant reservations etc. The rooms weren't ready at the time we arrived so we went up to the rooftop pool for a bit of a chill out. It's stunning up there! Lovely tunes playing, 12 sun beds and lounges, tables etc to enjoy and stunning views!
The rooms are beautiful. You can see a huge amount of thought has gone into the design of the rooms, and the hotels in general. The hotel is boutique with a capital 'B'. I couldn't fault a single thing.
If I am ever in Palma again this is the place I will be staying. Thanks for a great final two days of an excellent trip to Mallorca!
