Our recently renovated youth hostel has 39 rooms with 2, 4 or six beds, they can be booked for private use or shared. Kitted out with free WiFi, heating, fan, bedside lamps and a socket for each bunk and individual lockers. There are shared showers for men and women in the common areas, as well as a kitchen, a games and reading room, a laundry (washing and drying) room and 24-hour reception. Because of its proximity to Plaza España, the nerve centre of the city, it has become, for us, the perfect place to visit and get around Palma either on foot or by bike. The historic centre can be found around a 10-15-minute walk away.Ideal for groups of friends, international travelers, backpackers or athletes; children and young people up to 30 years of age, or older who have the hostel card of the Spanish Hostel Network (REAJ) or any other type of accreditation that is recognized as valid.

I stayed for two nights with my friend (both 27f). We booked a private room with its own bathroom which was very good. It was extremely clean and we both had two pillows each, and there was a duvet in the cupboard. There was also a flat screen TV. The bed was really comfortable, and the shower had great pressure. There were plenty of electrical sockets, and the window was double-glazed, so when there was a lot of noise in the courtyard at night, we could close it. The room also had a hairdryer, and towels.
However, there was no air conditioning which would be a problem in summer. We also very much enjoyed sitting out in the courtyard with its comfy beanbags, and there were lots of places to sit inside and charge your phone if need be. I did think it was ridiculous that you have to pay five euros each to store your luggage considering you're already staying there though.
It was well-located - about 20 minutes walk to the cathedral, and 15 to restaurants (I would recommend BrunchIt for breakfast, absolutely amazing). There's also a beach about 15 minutes walk away.

I was attending a yoga course in Binnisalem, which is about 30 minutes away by train. The apartment is very modern, and simply decorated in shades of white and cream, with a large bathroom. It was designed for a couple, but I was on my own. There was space for me to use my yoga mat in the evenings.

It was very clean, quiet and comfortable. There is a square outside where people play football or other games, but they stop around 8.30pm, and then it is quiet. There are several food shops within 5 minutes walk. The station is about 8-10 minutes walk, and the transport was easy to use - just check in and out with a contactless bank card.

The admin staff are helpful, and the apartment is serviced every other day. There is a microwave and dishwasher. There weren't instructions on how to use the cooker, but I got it to work by trial and error. I also couldn't find any TV or films in English, so used my tablet to watch films.

They could have supplied a better bottle opener, as all the wine comes in bottles with corks (no screw tops). The bed was very comfortable. I loved the window shutters, which allow for about four variations of how to adjust air flow/light. There is air conditioning.

The room was okay, the bed was comfortable. The kitchen is pretty big and well furnished. The living room has a pool table which was fun.
The toilets have been dirty most of the time. The staff was not very friendly. It has been very noisy, you can hear all the noises from the corridor and from above. There is no bar or Café or anything like that inside of the hostel.
They charge you a lot of money for every extra service. One towel is 3€ and if you want to leave your luggage there before your Check-in or after Checkout, you have to pay 10€ for each piece you're leaving there.
The location is nice though.

I booked to stay at the hostel for one night. I got ill with Covid and had to cancel my trips 5 days before my reservation. The hostel refused to cancel the booking and charged me for the night anyway. They say that their policy states that you can only cancel one week in advance but on the hostelworld website, it clearly states that you get free cancelation. If airlines accept covid as a condition to cancel travel, hostels should do the same, especially for shared accommodation. It was very disappointing to pay 60€ for a shared room and not be able to cancel the booking.

I was ill and i can’t stay for the night I booked , but my friends yes(we are 5).
So we can ask to delete one person from the room of 8, It was permitted by Booking to delete the reservation two days before the arrive. But the staff say it’s only for the entire reservation. For me it’s a scam, because there is no part in the site that say something like that. I have to pay the entire price and for me it’s a no forever for this hostel. Write well all the information of cancellation next time.

Worst hostel experience ever. When we tried to check in t 22.30 to the dobbelroom we hade paid more then 200 Euros. The guy in the reception told us tht we could not stay there as he was only 14 and claimed we hade shared rooms.. The hotel policy is 14 but he claimed it was 16 years. I advised him to read the regulation on the web page of the hotel and our booking. He had to admit he was wrong. Then he charges us city tax for the 14 year old boy but only a person of 16 years can be charged city tax. The dobbelroom with bath and kitchen was nice furnished. But when we tried to sleep we had a new problem. The windows of the rooms does not close so all the talking (smoking??) from the people in the atrie bellow makes it difficult to sleep. I went down to complain but the guy in the reception told me he that the leader of the hotel wanted it to be open all night. It was not possible to tell the people to be respectfull to the people since they will start again after 5 minutes..He pointed to the machine were i could buy something to put in me ears to sleep. At 03.00 still lots of talking like a nachspiel scene and not possible to sleep.

Amazing experience there. The hostel is nice, comfortable, cleaned and the rooms are so spacious with lockers inside. The terrace is beautiful where you can connect with other people. Just that I don’t like is the hostel charge for keeping safe the luggage. But one highlight is they gift an ice cream one time per stay, it’s delicious.

I was in Boc hostel for a weekend in May with my three friends. The staff is really polite and professional. The hostel is clean, tidy and ordinary. All recommendations for the stay no matter if it is a group of friends or couples. Even older people were guest at the time we visited.

Apartment has everything we needed. Two bedrooms, we were two couples, one bathroom, this was OK.
What we missed? Hanging space for wet towels.
Kitchen was fully operational, all appliances we needed.
It is in heart of the city, store is in walking distance. We feel safe during the day and night.
It was challenging to find a parking space nearby. We have to cruise some time to find spot in radius of up to 800 metres.
It was end of the season, but we still could swim in the sea and walk around in shorts.
