This accommodation can’t be beat for location, cleanliness, friendliness and overall amenities. Centrally located on a lovely piazza very close to the old part of Palma, it checked all our boxes and allowed us to truly explore this lovely city. Fabulous restaurants of various types (pizza, tapas, full service, etc) just outside our door offered fabulous evening dining options, plus convenient parking and grocery shopping just a block away made for a hassle-free stay. Good internet service, fully-equipped kitchen and the most comfortable beds and pillows were an added benefit. Enjoy a glass of wine on the rooftop where you can watch the sunset. Finally Elva was a perfect hostess … always eager to help answer questions and make recommendations. I’ll stay here again on my next trip to Mallorca!

Stayed here for 3 nights 25-28 Jan 24. Good quiet location, but easy walking distance to cathedral, shops etc. lift to 1st and 2nd floors. Lovely, large apartment. Spotlessly clean. Air con/heating units worked fine, good, free, secure wifi. Lovely bathroom with great shower. Toiletries provided. Kitchenette with the basics if required. Very comfortable bed. Large tv & sound system in living area. Quirky, stylish decoration. Free, fresh oranges available from ground floor lobby was nice touch. Elva the manager was lovely & very helpful. The roof terrace (plunge pool & loo) with tables and sun loungers was useful on last day as we had 11am checkout, but did not fly until 8pm, so it was nice to have area to sit in for a hike in afternoon, if a little cool in January! Done great restaurants/tapas bars in the square where apartments situated & nice supermarket within 2minutes walk. Would highly recommend these apartments.

We stayed in the Soller apartment and it was perfect. It was spotlessly clean and the rooftop terrace was a lovely place to have breakfast or to chill out after a day out. Elva was a lovely host and recommended some amazing restaurants in the little square we were staying. We only got to sample two of the restaurants but both were outstanding (La Vieja and Kasui). We loved Palma and hope to return again one day. If we do we will definitely return to these apartments.

What a fantastic place to stay. The location is excellent- so close to the city centre and yet set in a very quiet square. Our apartment was called Deia. It was comfortable, spacious, clean and had a lovely view out over the square.
There’s a fantastic rooftop terrace with a few sun loungers and a small plunge pool.
Our host, Elva is a real diamond. Very kind & friendly and even booked us a taxi from the door back to the airport when we were leaving.
Other nice touches included a bottle of wine, water and beach towels in the room on arrival, and oranges & umbrellas in reception.
Thank you Elva. We can’t wait to return.

The fantastic hotel catered for a weekend or short break holiday in the heart of palma city.
the buiding is a testimant to the byegone years of the cotton industry the owners have took a tired old buiding and preserved the true beauty that lay doormant for many years . the inside is chic boutique each of the five rooms are simple decor of cool and sophisticated restful palate , there is the use of dish washer to accompany a fully functioning kitchen if you so wish to cook.. the bathroom has a heated towl rail a compact sink mirrow and power shower . the bedroom is comfortable with low lighting aircone through out double bed and crsip sheets .the real beauty is in the location hidden in a spanish district where locals meet tourisit the laurel tree lined streets make this a rather romantic setting .there is a restaurant outside the hotel which is exsquisit ala carte menu you must try along with a cheaper restaurant which you can order breakfast and lunch etc so handy that you may not venture far to eat out .. the pool area on the roof top is a must palma gets very hot in high season .. the owner met us and was very helpful and any thing you need she will certainly assist you. i would love to come back to this hotel the postion ,makes this a real gem in this up and coming area of palma ..

We booked last minutes flights and accommodation for 2 people and ended up booking an apartment here. What a good choice ! There are 5 (I think) apartments in this building which is within walking distance of most things to see in Palma and about 15 minutes (maximum) walk to the beach. Our apartment was spotlessly clean and spacious for 2 people. There were restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk and in fact, a restaurant downstairs but you have to book this; it is worth it! Upstairs in the apartment building is a lovely outside terrace with a very small and cold pool. Elva, who runs these apartments was there to meet us when we arrived and was available if we needed her, she also arranged a taxi back to the airport for us. The only thing they could improve on would be to leave some info in the apartments about things to do/ places to eat etc but maybe most people don't book everything as quickly as I did!!

W stayed here for 3 nights in March. Despite arriving early our host, Elva, arranged to meet us at the apartment. The apartment was fantastic. Small, modern and equipped with everything we needed even down to washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs and coffee pods for the machine as well as the usual toiletries, tea, etc. There was plenty of hot water and the shower was clean and powerful.
There is a sun terrace with a small dipping pool, sun loungers and tables and chairs if you fancy staying on site.
Ideally situated it is a stones throw to the heart of the shopping and nightlife areas. The cathedral is a ten minute stroll away, as long as you don't get lost. Which is very easy to do!
I shall be coming back here next time I visit Palma, as I shall. Three nights was just not long enough!

Stayed 3 nights in Soller apartment- its real gem- very well kitted out and clean and great location just minutes from everything, even a great shop just round the corner. Elva was v kind and met us on arrival to show us everything. The outside roof terrace a great bonus and square itself really quiet with good places to eat breakfast a couple of minutes away.Only downside of trip is that the new laws in Palma regarding outside drinking has meant that lots of places just shut @ 10 rather than moving people indoors - this meant that it felt oddly dead at a time when its usually buzzing.

Tired of all those huge hotel complex and want to stay close to the local life? Well, this is the place for you. Perfectly located in the old town, this charming apartment hotel consist of just four apartments and a shared rooftop terrace. The apartment (we stayed in Sollér) had a light and fresh design, good enough space and all you need if you would like to be your own chef for a meal. The host was very friendly and had good recommendations on restaurants upon our request. If (or rather when) I come back to Palma, this will be a top option for my accommodation.
