A well kept hotel, with some newly renovated rooms and a high standard of finish throughout. Very traditional, waiters in black tie serving breakfast etc. Our room (a premium twin) had lovely twin beds, lots of space, a huge bathroom with bath and separate shower and functional but quiet air con (heat/cool) Despite renovations, traditions like leaving your room key...

Nice clean room, well serviced. Bar and pool on the roof, which is nice. Great position near las Canteras beach. We booked b and b but the restaurant was not big enough. We had to queue and table share most days. And they run out of cutlery, cups glasses. Any way apart from that, a nice hotel

I'd say that this hotel was a great bargain for the price - it is very clean, well maintained, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel has some decent facilities, including a rooftop pool, an insanely-cheap bar, a breakfast buffet, and is situated in an excellent location, one minute from the beach with a bank and supermarket adjacent......

The positives : Very friendly staff, good location. Fifth floor is nice where they have pool and bar. Not filthy as other floors. The negatives :The biggest put off : carpet are very dirty and need an immediate change, the room needs renovation and the dinner and breakfast are just not edible.

Fairly modern hotel situated close the the best beach on the island, the shower wasn't so good as it would go from hot to cold randomly and not much water came out but other than that we enjoyed our stay, the breakfast was nice and the room was comfortable, only one of the 3 people working behind reception spoke English

Stayed here for 4 nights in January and found it to be very reasonably priced. Hotel itself is not in the best of areas, but never felt intimidated by anyone hanging around the hotel. That said, hotel is only a couple of minutes to the beautiful beach. Pool area and bar looked very nice, only downside I found was that...
