I was bit worried after all these negative comments here, but I can't really say anything negative about this Hotel really. Whole area seems to be taken by Germans so no many Irish pubs around, karaoke etc so area nice and quiet. Makes massive change compare to all the places I have been to before Las Palmas! No drunk heads,... More

We stayed on 3rd flloor for seven days. Could not sleep with the windows open as rather busy night life in this part of town. Air conditioner was noisy unfortunately. Room was clean, staff attentive and friendly. We had to get to the pool by 0830am if not earlier to find available sun loungers which were not "reserved". What we... More

I had paid for an upgrade and liked our room on the top floor, room 502. Looking at other reviews I know that our room had been renovated as it was modern and clean The bathroom was large and had a changing room area as well with lots of storage. We were at the back of the hotel and probably... More

Me, my 12 yr old daughter and 14 yr old niece arrived to Las Palmas 11.30 pm. I had contacted the hotel to ask for transfer from airport to hotel. We had a driver waiting as we came out so it worked out well. The hotel is central and close to alot, but certainly needs to be updated. We got... More

This Hotel is in what I would call downtown Las Palmas. Very residential. It is only 200 yards from the famous Canteras Beach. The Hotel has a Pool and Terrace Bar on the Roof,5th floor. It is basic but good value. This is a very Spanish area with very few English people there. NO English OR Irish Pubs. NO Big screens with... I stayed for 5 nights at Hotel Astoria, and it was a nice experience for me. Stayed alone for a conference visit. The price I got from Expedia was very competitive, as I found out later from fellow attendees and their accommodation costs. You can take a cab to the Hotel from the Airport and it'll cost you 31 euros... More

What a fabulous city hotel, you walk out of the hotel straight onto the city pavements and go from there any way you wish. The staff are very friendly and helpful, speak a little English to you if you try to speak Spanish with them. Breakfast is buffet style and has everything you can think of and plenty of it.... More

The hotel is really well-situated for the beach and lovely promenade. The rooftop swimming pool and bar area are the highlights of the hotel...a very relaxing space. The rooms and corridors are in definite need of an update. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's not sleek but as long as you're not going to spending too much time in... More
