If you don't like the walk in to town or to the beach then this hotel isn't for you - you'd need one closer to Plaza De Charco/Playa Jardin, this said the taxi is only €4 on average, don't underestimate the extremely steep walk back (!!!).. Fantastic grounds and large quiet family pool with cheaply priced pool bar for drinks,...

I booked this hotel as a last minute cheap deal from Thomsons, travelling alone, mother with two children (6) and (8). I was very aware of the reviews that had been made in relation to the hotel, it's location and it's customer service but the deal and guaranteed sunshine was one I couldn't resist. I emailed the hotel directly and...

It's a mature hotel which I guess is about 40 years old and typical of 70's build. Our room was large, clea, big beds and with a 4 piece bathroom suite. Excellent huge balcony overlooking the courtyard and the obligatory pool. The gardens are lovely and fir us a real delight. First arriving at the hotel two minutes before dinner...

Before I start I'd like to say how much of a beautiful place Puerto De la Cruz is and how much it is worth a visit, built into a hill the town is very steep and my room was no different, As other reviewers have already said Brits tend to get the rooms hidden at the back at a top...

The grounds of the hotel are great, restaurant is good plenty to eat, lot of milling around in the restaurant though due to it being buffet style, when it comes to the room we got We were disappointed, as our little hovel was nothing like the pictures on their website or the TUI Brochure. Hope this clears anyone's mind. Oh...

We have just returned from two weeks in this hotel. We were lucky and were given a lovely large room with a fridge in a quiet position with a terrace leading out to a garden- I loved this room.
