Clean and comfortable. Friendly helpful staff speak German, Spanish and English. Buffet breakfast plentiful, varied and good value. Short downhill walk to Town centre/beach. Close enough for convenience. Far enough away to have an undisturbed sleep. decent size pool. Lots of good inexpensive places to eat. Enjoyed our stay and would be happy to go back another time. Recommend it.

After finally arriving at the hotel we received a under whelming welcome from a gentleman on reception who seemed unwilling to give us information combine that with other guests lounging in reception on their phones staring at you we were not sure what to expect. But luckily it was OK. The rooms are basic clean and spacious and all have...

Firstly, the staff here, bar none, were all great. Very helpful and friendly. The place was spotlessly clean with cleaners coming in every day. Self catering facilities were limited as we had no oven, toaster or microwave but we were able to make basic food and ate out otherwise. Our room was on the ground floor facing the wall of...

Pez Azul was situated approx 100 steps from main tourist area. You can walk around steps area, so no problem if steps are too hard. Room and bathroom were cleaned every day, but during the week we got clean towels only the first day and the day before leaving. No equipment to wash dishes. You must buy in supermarked. No...

We stayed in October 2016 for a cheap family half term week. Hotel is ok, pretty much what we expected as we didn't pay much. It's reasonably clean with basic equipment to cook with. No kettle but coffee maker and pans and 2 cooker rings. We ate breakfast in the room but found that if we left even the smallest...

Booked this as part of cheap, last minute deal to get some sun before it disappears for 6 months so my expectations weren't high going in, and in that regard I was mildly surprised Originally I was put in the main hotel, arrived late night and greeted by a cheery and helpful receptionist and I was quickly in my room....

myself and my sisters, stayed at the Hotel Pez Azul for a week, we would NOT recommend it to anyone. The rooms were clean and tidy, and maids were great, but apart from that, it was awful. the food was either warm or cold, same things for breakfast everyday, if you have any problems breathing, i just wouldn't recommend this...

Just spent a week in Puerto de la Cruz and stayed at the Pez Azulejo Apts. Had a lovely relaxing break. The apartments are excellent value with all services that you require at hand. There are twin beds, fridge, hot plate , coffee machine and a well appointed bathroom with shower/bath WC and Bidet. We had a studio on the...
