Rooms are okay clean modern, staff friendly and helpful. There was low choice of food, and almost always cold so most of the time we have been eating out. At the description of the hotel has been said there is 3 pools but 2 of it are totally at the other hotels. Spa aswell not in interpalace building but at the another one open only three days per week and always fully booked because you can't book in reception only at the spa room upstairs and it's always locked so you need to wait until somebody will come out. No room service, no mini bar, not even water in the fridge, would be good to have at least some coffee or a tea in a room.

Had a good holiday in this very clean hotel, all precautions taken against Covid with masks and wiping down regularly done. Dining tables spaced accordingly, food good and presented nicely, staff very helpful, the entertainment was mainly by the crew so was bingo and karoke, our room was modern with a sea view we paid for, we would have liked tea making facilities for use on the balcony, the towels were poor, ripped the skin, as dry, very thin and discoloured and only changed once I’d asked - I like fluffy ones! Very well priced hotel for a relaxing break in the pleasant, November sunshine.

Hotel is very clean, friendly and a perfect location for local restaurants and bars, yet far enough away for a peaceful sleep. Local taxi's easily accessible if you don't want the walk down to the local Lago and main bars in Puerto De La Cruz. Hotel itself was very clean, spacious rooms and very COVID friendly, masks to be worn and sanitizer available to use. Both Breakfast and Lunch was a good selection, however, evening meal wasn't to our taste and seemed very bland, possibly due to the time of year. Overall however, the quality was good. Only down side is that the All inclusive finished at 12pm on checkout day, therefore we had several hours in the afternoon while waiting for our transfer which we unable to use the bar, wristbands were removed. I would stay at this hotel again as we had a great stay and thank all the staff for their welcome!!!

After reading some reviews we were a bit hesitant about our visit, we needn't have worried as the hotel was very nice. Rooms were clean and modern and food was very nice. Staff on the whole very nice and accommodating especially the restaurant staff. Lovely bar over the road which is part of Bluesea however you pay for drinks there, lovely cocktails. We travelled with a family of 4 children aged between 16 and 8 and they enjoyed it. Top tips to visit are Siam Park, Lorro Park and Mount Tiede. Joint tickets available for the parks , alot of money for a big family however worth every penny . Lovely stay and will definitely return.

Had a lovely holiday, the hotel was lovely and the dining room and food excellent. The only thing I didn't like was the connecting room we were allocated. We had young girls staying in the connecting room you could hear them talking on their mobile phones, when they came in late at night after the nightclubs 6am not able to go back asleep. phone alarm going off at 7am , you shouldn't be able to hear that in your hotel room. your hotel room should be your sanctuary to enjoy the peace and quiet. I would never stay in a connecting room again they should only be for families.

Hello Irene, We are pleased that you had a lovely holiday and we want to thank you for choosing to stay with us. We appreciate your very positive comments about our excellent food. However, we are sorry that you had some noisy neighbours during your staff and that this caused some irritation. We have noted your comments to improve this aspect if we can. We hope to see you again in the future and we wish you a great year ahead. BlueSea Interpalace Hotel Team
