Yes there is a centralized air conditioning system. You can turn it on and regulate temperature for your room. Since we were there in February we didn't really need ir, I just turn it on for curiosity at one moment. Hence, I can't really tell just how effective is this centralized air-condition system on a summer heat, but it's there.
