We are a small hotel that belongs to the Hospitality Association of Cantabria who carried out a new project a few years ago. The project is based on the creation of new cooks and catering workers. All our students deal with our guests and learn the basics areas of a restaurant or a hotel. Due to our school project, our restaurant only opens during term time.
