Friendly staff, clean rooms and good value for money. We had rooms 404 (2 beds) and 405 (double). 405 is larger with more light, but borg are fine. Only 1 minor issue: the water pressure in the showers is too low...

We stayed here the night before our ferry to Plymouth. The staff were really helpful, we came with bicycles and they were only too pleased to find us somewhere to store them. The young lady at reception was only too pleased to help us with suggestions for dinner, all of which were great. Umbrellas are available if it rains (and...

In a quiet yet central location with walking distance to public transport. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good-sized rooms which are kept very clean. Great value for money! Will definitely return soon.

Visited the Hospedaje Magallanes in October 2016. Its located about 10 minutes from the central bus station( 2.50 euro on bus from airport). in was in a street and was up a flight of stairs. the reception was small but the staff very attentive. We were 5 lads and had a room each. The rooms were reasonably large and spotlessly...

The photos are a bit misleading. We stayed here for a couple of nights and we were pleasantly surprised. Really helpful staff, speaking good English. Wifi works well and you can request a parking spot for 10 euros extra.

We were just looking for a place to rest for our first night in Spain that was close to the Ferry terminal. The room was spacious, very clean and the bed comfortable. Staff very helpful and keen to speak English. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Basic accommodation run by friendly staff, if you want a small cheap room in the centre of town then this is the place. If coming from the bus/train station go through the tunnel and turn left, it is under a 10 minutes walk.

Much nicer than it looks in the photos, very comfortable bed and great location. The bathroom was brand new and the room was very comfortable... Good value for money and to be recommended. They also have parking spaces available nearby for just 10€ the night.

We needed somewhere to stay for one night before a flight from Santander and booked a room here. It was basic but clean, and not too noisy. The man on reception was very helpful and when we arrived an hour before check in he brought us straight to our room - I had only hoped to leave our bags because...

For all the aspects of our stay in Magallanes the score is "very good". Very clean room, excellent service, very kind staff, location at a few minutes from restaurants and 10 min. from train- and busstation.
