This is a charming hotel in a perfect location. Everything in Toledo is a short walk away. The service was also good.
However, there are a few downsides to mention. The towels in the bathroom are made of some strange material that doesn't absorb water,...More
This is a good hotel for the price. We were there 3 nights and the front desk staff were very helpful with pointing us in the right direction. We had a room facing the street and unfortunately that can be quite noisey. There is a...More
Arrived extremely jetlagged for an overnight stay on the first leg of an energetic Spanish holiday. At check in, Diana advised us we had a complimentary upgrade to a suite on the top floor - great! She then gave a list of the best tapas...More
We chose this hotel initially because it was located within the city walls but offered easy parking. We had a really nice room with a lovely view. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel as we found...More

When we arrive, should we go first to the hotel, unload, and then park -- or should we go directly to the parking garage? If that is the case we need directions. Thanks in advance.

Check in first and then park. Immediately to the left of the hotel is a small parking spot for a couple of vehicles and they will let you park there for a few minutes. The street is too narrow and somewhat busy to pull over directly in front of the hotel door. They will also give you instructions on where the garage is and where to park in the garage. Have a great trip
