The hotel it's clean, good treatment from the personnel and pretty well located. I couldn't get a good impression from it because we only stayed for 1 night, but the overall impression is good. The only thing I've seen that I didn't like was the fact that they don't have a mini bar. Only a soda machine in the lobby,...

This is a modest 3* star hotel that provides good service and their rooms are spacious, very clean, air-conditioned, nicely furnished and their bathroom is well equipped. The staff are friendly and courteous. Although a little bit difficult to find at start as it is along a narrow cobbled path, but once familiar, this hotel is perfectly situated within the...

We booked this hotel late in the evening of our expected arrival - and we had a fluent Spanish speaker with us - otherwise it might not have been so easy, but the people were pleasant and friendly, the room as nice, the price was agreeable (especially considering the location) and the included breakfast was plenty. You don't have much...

This hotel has a fantastic location. Quiet but close to bars and restaurants. Lifts to floors so suitable for disabled. Car parking is a minor issue but is fairly close. Plenty of local bars for breakfast. Only downside is no bar for a drink before bed

Hotel was situated in a great location, the staff were really friendly and everywhere was very clean. Our room was a standard, but spacious, 2 bed with the usual wardrobe space and drawers etc. Bathroom was clean with shower over bath however the shower fitting on the wall was loose making it difficult to hang the shower head. The downsides...

The hotel is right in the centre of of the historic old town a few minutes walk from the Alcazar and Cathedral. The room was basic but clean. There was however no safety deposit box in the room and the air conditioning was a bit on the warm side.

Right in the centre of the tourist attractions (200m from the Alcazar), but in a quiet street. Basic, but clean, room. We had a room for 4 (2 adults and 2 kids, aged 9 and 10) and it was fine for what we needed. Staff very friendly and explained all the best places to visit during our stay. Would definitely...

I stayed in this hotel for a few days while I explored Toledo. My room was clean, no frills but comfortable, a good size for a single traveler, and with an aircon that could cope with the sweltering summer heat. The bathroom was a decent size and clean. The staff was very helpful and could speak English. The hotel is...
