Excellent hotel, well located in central Barcelona. This hotel has modern design features with well appointed room. The staff were friendly, helpful and excellent to deal with. Breakfast options were good and varied. Only negative...the bed had a weird extension at the end that was the perfect height for whacking your shin on. Ouch!

The hotel is in very good location and the bedroom we had is more than what we expect. The people in the reception were very helpful and helped us find the church for the Christmas eve. The breakfast was also great. We will definitely use this hotel again.

We spent only one night at the hotel. Fantastic. We had just arrived from a cruise, quite tired with the kids and full of bags before the normal check-in time. The staff was exceptional. It made everything easier. They invited us upstairs to have a drink while the room was being prepared, the manager came to greet us and apologized...

My son and I recently spent four nights at the SixtyTwo Hotel in Barcelona in early January. As others have mentioned, the hotel is conveniently located in an upscale shopping area within walking distance of many shops and attractions. We were even able to walk all the way down to the port area as well as La Sagrada Familia, although...

I stayed here and was more than pleased. The hotel itself was beautiful and clean and in a perfect location. The concierge was extremely helpful, Angela in particular. She helped me locate my lost luggage from my flight and they catered to all our needs. We will be returning! Highly recommend this hotel!

I had a wonderful time staying at Sixtytwo Hotel. They are very service oriented. Before I even left on my trip they emailed me asking if I wanted them to make dinner reservations or if I needed transport from airport. The room was ready when we arrived and they were very helpful in guiding us as were to go and...

Staying in Eixample

Neighbourhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.

The Sixtytwo Hotel Barcelona is the perfect hotel for those who enjoy the finer things in life and who appreciate privacy and personalised service. Located on the emblematic Paseo de Gracia surrounded by Barcelona’s best shopping, it is right in the heart of the latest fashion trends and Gaudi’s most representative buildings. The Sixtytwo is an authentic boutique hotel where design and modernism harmonise perfectly.Located between Gaudi’s Casa Batlló and La Pedrera, The Sixtytwo has preserved its 1897 modernist façade and interiors and coupled them with designer furnishings. Tasteful touches courtesy of Moooi, Vitra, B&B and Philippe Starck give life to the hotel lobby and lounge, while the comfort of its 45 rooms is in part thanks to televisions by Bang&Olufsen, telephones by Jacob Jensen, taps by Tangent, Etro bathroom products, iPod stations, intelligent lighting systems and Nespresso coffee machines. At The Sixtytwo, all guests enjoy complimentary internet access. Our breakfast offer, including both a buffet prepared with fresh quality products as well as dishes à la carte cooked to order, will not leave you indifferent. The Sixtytwo Cocktail Lounge is open from 5pm until midnight.
