We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel isnt sign posted well however when you find it, its hard to miss. Less than 5 minutes to the metro station which gives you easy access to anywhere you want to visit. Ramblas is only a couple of stops away! The rooms are small but clean, the only downside was that you dont...

Perfect location near the beach and subway station. Rooms were new, and very clean when we arrived. They do not provide cleaning staff, so if you stay longer then 3 days you should pay for that. The common room and the kitchen were also tidy, thus overall this is a great deal.

Me and my husband stayed here for two nights whilst we visited Barcelona and went to see The Stone Roses. We chose the melon district for price and location, it was round the corner from the Razzmatazz where the gigs were, so we didn't have to worry about finding our way back late. The room was very clean with our...

The room and toilet is small. If luggage is place then there will be limited space inside the room. Besides, the door is not easily to shut, its made us need to beware of this everytime we went out. The concept of the hotel is quite good. There is kitchen facilities provided by hotel and it is clean and convenient....

This is by far the nicest, cleanest and best quality for a good price hotel were i have stayed. It is very close to the metro so you can be in 20 minutes at every spot in Barcelona. The room was a bit small, but clean. The view from the roof is great and there is a lovely pool.

Looking for a room 2 days before traveling to Barcelona was a nightmare! As soon as I saw Melon District, I made my decision and booked a double room for one night... The place is amazing, very well organized and fun. Of course I wouldn't recommend it for a long stay since the rooms are a bit smaller than usual...

I chose this place to stay for 2 nights because of the pool and we didn't even go up there! Other than that, the room was very small, but manageable, and the shower had good pressure. The room wasn't spotless. I found hairs on the shower walls and things such as that. The room is tiny so I don't see...

I experienced that the personal was very helpful and nice. The size of the room was small, and we could have used a sofa, the beds was okay. Location a lite bit off, but nice anyway. The best was the pool on the roof, next time we will choose a stay with breakfast.

Staying in Poblenou

Neighbourhood Profile
Poblenou
The futuristic Agbar Tower stands out from Barcelona's skyline in Poblenou. It is no coincidence then that this area of town is the newly crowned technological park of the city, its own mini Silicon Valley containing a tech incubator (Barcelona Activa) as well as a host of local and international high tech companies. To accommodate the onrush of new residents and workers, the area of Poblenou has seen a surge of activity in new high-rise residential buildings and two top-notch shopping centres catering to everyone's need. The ambiance of this area is calmer than the city center and the beautifully relaxing Bogatell Beach, popular with locals, is just a handful of blocks away.
