It's a simple hostel, with private rooms and shared bathrooms. The location is great, in Barceloneta, close to the heart of the city. 24h door clerk. The staff is great, very helpful. It's an excellent option for low budget travellers
I came to barcelona with my friend and my first impression of this pension was all right but after a few nights of stay we started to hate it. There were very noisy people next door and they were very dirty. They left hairs, wet...More
I stayed here just for 3 nights and got #14 room that has a big balcony viewing French railway station.
The location is superb: right next to the nice park, Zoo, Gothic quarter and in 10-15 min walk to Barceloneta beach or Colomb.
Myself and my partner stayed here for 5 nights to attend the Formula 1 Grand Prix .
We got a train from Barcelona airport and got off at Estacion Francia and the pension is literally across the road from the station .

We were very satisfied with our stay due to the extremely friendly and helpful staff. For example, they changed their internal schedule so that we could stay longer in our room and helped us out with commodities. The rooms are spacious, clean and the classic...More

The labyrinth that is El Born becomes most apparent the moment you turn down one of its side streets. But this is one of the few labyrinths you might actually enjoy losing your way in. After all, there are few places that live and breathe such exciting energy regardless of the time of day. This neighbourhood seamlessly transcends the old and new parts of the city, reflected in its vast array of restaurants
ranging from fancy Michelin-star establishments to trendy fusion restaurants. Here you'll find historical and cultural attractions such as the popular Picasso Museum and the Gothic cathedral La Santa Maria del Mar, where you just might be able to catch a traditional Catalan wedding.
Hi, I will be staying here for a long weekend in November with my teen daughters. Can anyone recommend a good place to eat, preferably within walking distance? Pizza - pasta-usual stuff, we stayed on this street back in January, but we will be arriving late so won't want to venture too far on the first night.
Thanks. Oh, there was a really good bagel/croissant/coffee place on the same street, maybe something similar. Thanks
