I visited casa gracia for 4 nights with my sister. We had a deluxe private room which was simply decorated, very clean and had a magnificent view from our balcony. The en suite was similarly clean and had everything we required, and although the shower head appeared to be broken and refused to stay upright, once the shower was switched...

We stayed 4 nights at the Casa Gracia Suites The first three nights in the Hostel itself and the final night in a small apartment in their new property two doors down passeig de Gracia. While I love this area of Barcelona for its elegance, urban flavor and gorgeous landmarks, (think upper east side), my Husband felt it was too...

Very nice hostel. High standard, clean, nice decorated with a club, bar and terrace. Very friendly and helpful staff. Only old evevator so sometimes you have to climb the stair. And there were a lot of loud people on our floor in the middle of the night but thats a hostel so I cant complain.

The staff were friendly and the location was PERFECT! Right where all the shopping is and where Gaudi's house resides. Anyway thought the stay was clean and really liked the look of the kitchen and dining area. Overall good stay and would recommend to those looking for a good location.

So for the first night of our 10 day family holiday we had booked an apartment at Casa Gracia, all very clean and no issues at all. Nice balcony with a view of Sagrada Familia. The only reason for no fifth star was because we found it tricky to find initially. We then went to Salou and then Port Aventura...

Hey amiga! Thanks so much for your review! We’re really happy you could count on us when you were in trouble with the other hostel. It’s nice you liked La Paisana’s breakfast and dinner, we always try to find the best meals for people suffering from food intolerance. Hope we can host you all soon. Casa Gracia Team

Great room (dorm) Very clean and the staff was really friendly! Everything was really clean. The restaurant looked amazing. I loved the rooms where you can just sit and relax. There is a kitchen you can use what is really great if you don't want to go out for dinner every night.

I found myself alone with a few days to spare in Barcelona. I'm usually a hotel person, but for £15/night Casa Gracia seemed too good value to pass up. It was absolutely brilliant. The common areas were nicely designed - parquet flooring, chesterfields etc., there was free coffee on tap, a nice rooftop courtyard on the first floor.. The restaurant...

The location is a must, and the hostel is beautiful! However its to noisy, you can ear doors slamming during all the night and it's such a loud noise that makes impossible to sleep and to rest. We stayed 3 nights and in the last night we woke up at 2 in the mooring with the staff from the hostel,...

Staying in Gracia

Neighbourhood Profile
Gracia
Gracia literally stands out from the pack. It used to be an independent town until late into the 19th century. Though it’s just a short commute away from the centre, a visit here feels like you’re in a whole different city. The bohemian vibe has drawn many international artists to this area, resulting in a wide selection of galleries, live music and artsy boutique stores. The nightlife is centered around the vibrant Gracia’s plaças, where young and old gather to enjoy a drink outside. Carrer de Verdi, its main street, offers affordable restaurants and a movie theatre that screens new as well as classic films in their original language. However Gracia's greatest treasure lies just up the hill at Guell Park, where Antoni Gaudi's vibrant and revolutionary art sculptures stand atop unequaled views of Barcelona.
