The hotel was very clean bright and friendly. The champagne on arrival and champagne breakfast was a lovely touch. Staff very nice and helpful as we booked the tour bus at the hotel. Would definitely recommend and we will be back. Thank you.

This hotel is ideally situated to explore Barcelona being 5 minutes from the Metro & 10 minutes from Sagrada Família which can be seen from the hotel roof terrace.
The rooms were cleaned daily & our room was a good size.
There was a good selection for breakfast & there were many tapas bars near the hotel.
All in all this is a good place to stay & a bargain at the price.

Stayed here as a couple in November. Chose the hotel for the proximity to Sagrada Familia. Hotel reception are great, friendly and helpful. The rooms are small and we had opted for the private balcony. These are not really worth bothering with as the views are not great. The biggest issue was that you can hear everything in the rooms above, below and around you. There seems to be a lack of any insulation or sound proofing!
Overall cleanliness is good and the rooms have everything you need, just a lack of space.

Dear Lorne F, Thank you very much for having chosen our establishment for your last stay in the city of Barcelona, and for your positive assessment. In reference to the soundproofing, the hotel has the necessary measures of soundproofing as double windows, as he says. We always try to have the greatest silence in the hotel facilities, although it is not always possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We know that each visit is unique and special and we would be happy to welcome you back the next time you are in our city. Estel-la Farré Hotel Manager For Leonardo Hotels Barcelona

We stayed for 3 nights and secured a good rate to include breakfast.

The plus points:

Polite Staff
Clean Room, good towels and linen.
Good Quality Breakfast
Easy Access to Metro (Clot) & Renfe Station (Clot-Arago)

The Negatives:
Lift is noisy if your room is nearby. Long wait at breakfast for lift. There is only one!
Room not cleaned by 3pm on day two - this is too late if you want to rest. THis needs to be reviewed.
Area is Clot - not Sagrada Familia. Don't be fooled by name.
Street can be noisy.

We would return if we needed too. That said, we would likely find somewhere else which must be an indication that we were not 'wowed' by this hotel.

If you have booked here, you should be fine. Just be mindful of the need to use the Metro for a quick transfer to the city centre (buy a T10 card).

So the location is great in a safe neighbourhood. The rooms were very clean and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast is mediocre at best. Staff are lovely. Room size is good but just feels very dark. Would try a different hotel next time we come.

Dear Louise S, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, I can assure you that we will do our best to give you the great hotel experience that so many of our guests have grown so fond of. Sincerely, Juan Garrido Hotel Supervisor

Yes, there is. It was empty though, so no mini bar in the real sense.

There is more than one Julia office so check carefully which one you're doing business with. If you're using Julia's office near the Sagrada de Familia then a 15-20 minute walk straight up the street will take you there... More
