When we visit a city we walk and gawk. We need a hotel only for a restful sleep and a good shower. With Hotel Sant Angelo this is what we had. We had a small 'internal' room--the window did open onto an internal but fresh air large ventilation shaft which made the room pleasingly dark (because we weren't in it...

It was a great location, near to transport links to the main tourist points in Barcelona. A taxi from the hotel to the airport was about 30 EUR, which was priced by a meter, the roads were quiet on a Sunday, so may be much higher depending on day/time used. Very clean rooms and welcoming staff on reception. Continental breakfast...

6 min walk to Tarragona metro. Walkable to small play park and magic fountain. Right side of city to get to football stadium. Easy to get anywhere from. Nice hotel, staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fabulous which you can eat on the beautiful sun terrace. Shame about the thin walls and late night loud guests. Why do people...

The location is perfect, it is not far from the railway station from where you can take the airport train (you walk ca. 10 min) and you can walk to the city centre as well. We stayed for 4 days and we didn't really use the public transport. We were out all day, so we only slept in the hotel...

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and really enjoyed it. It had several things going for it: short safe walk to the metro, large clean room, strong wifi, friendly helpful staff at the front desk, nice neighborhood and close enough to the action of the city but far enough away from the noise. We arrived early and they...

Stayed at Hotel Sant Angelo for three nights whilst at a conference. The room was very small and didn't have a desk/minibar as advertised, however it was clean and comfortable. The lack of desk was more than made up for by the terrace where free tea, coffee, beer, G+T and snacks were available. A great place to catch up on...

The room was nice and fresh, although very hot. We didn't want to sleep with the AC on because you can't trust it to keep to a certain temperature. The range 20-30 degrees all felt the same (very cold) and we didn't want to wake up with a cold. The breakfast was open to 11.30 which is great, but it...
