My mother and I stayed here for a few days, it was good value for the location of Las Ramblas. Very small and peaceful place, staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was very nice. We had some difficulties finding it as it was located at the top of a building with work going on inside, but no other negative...

This stylish guest house is very central within a few steps of the Plaza Cataluyna and La Rambla. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was quite good. The only problem is that noise does travel very easily and so were woken up quite early.

I booked the room (with external bathroom) almost 10 months in advance, without any advance payment. The location is excellent, close to La Rambla (1 min walking), close to metro/train stations (1 min walking), on an area full of restaurants and shops. The rooms are big enogh, clean and quiet. The bathroom is very clean as well. The area for...

Our stay here was pleasant but I had difficulty sleeping in a room without a window. I feel that it should have been made clear when booking the room. Other than that it had shared coffee and tea making facilities and a bathroom down the hallway. All in all a satisfactory but basic stay.

Best location right on the corner of place the catalunya. It was clearly stated that the bathroom was not directly connected to the bedroom. Also wasn't a problem for us. Every morning a woman came to make breakfast for all the guests. Balcony is nice and quite because it's one the backside of the building. Rooms were clean and air...

We booked a twin bedded room, with external private bathroom. We loved it! David greeted us on arrival and gave us some excellent recommendations for restaurants. The apartment is beautifully and lovingly restored. Very clean, high ceilings, nice breakfasts. Tea all day. Super location just steps from the square. Excellent value. We were very happy there on our first visit...

Stayed here in early April in a Double room with private external bathroom. No issues there as we had our expectations set. The room itself, however, was quite small and had no storage. Common areas are quiet and generous and we only encountered the other guests during breakfast. We were attended to by Massimo who was quite friendly and the...

We stayed here over the past weekend and thought the apartment was stunning. It truly gives you a sense of older Barcelona. David greeted us and was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is in the perfect location, the right distance from Les Ramblas and all the cool bars and restaurants we wanted to visit. The bedroom was really pretty,...

No windows in room apart from a covered window behind curtain but we was only there to sleep so not fussed. Great view from balcony looking down to other hotel yards. Wud stay again if...

This so called "guest house" is just a bad joke; if not to call them scammer!! İt is an abondoned flat on the 2.nd floor of a building that you could hardly find, if you can see the small plate on the buildings door. I can't take it as a bad coincidence, there was no electricity in the building,(becouse of...

Staying in Eixample

Neighbourhood Profile
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
