The location is very handy as it is few minutes away from BCN Underground. The rooms are little bit aged but with very high standards of cleanness and of services. The reception and conciergerie were simply amazing, trying to care so much to any need of the customer. Very good the breakfast, maybe not really worth the 5*, as well...

The rooms: medium-firm beds, well working airco (which you can leave on when leaving the room, nice!), quiet. The bathroom was also nice, but as usual the shower in the bath is not really convenient for tall people 2m. Service: alright, had no problem checking out an hour later, rooms were nicely cleaned. Breakfast: a lot of choice, even with...

The Hotel was the select venue of a conference I attended recently. The capacity is huge (our event had 750 participants). At breakfast, the hotel facilities can get a little crowded but the service and the food are excellent. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very well maintained. The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. The facilities include a nice...

We booked this hotel before we read on tripadvisor, and was a little anxious after reading others experiences. We saw on the map where the hotel was lokated before we booked it, and I do not now why people are making so many bad coments about location. We loved the hotel, we upgraded it to Club room when we arrived,...

I had to stay in Barcelona for a few days after a cruise unexpectedly. I didn't have time to research hotels, yet I wanted something nice without it being too expensive. I stayed at the Sofia. It is a big modern hotel, probably built in the 1970 s. the room was large and clean, and the bathroom was nice. The...

Really lovely hotel especially the club rooms & suites on 18th floor. We had a fantastic view of Camp nou stadium which my boys loved. Alicia & the staff on the club bar were so friendly & fantastic. We would most definitely stay here again.

Having been involved in the hospitality business myself for a number of years I always look at levels of service wherever I go and I am usually disappointed. However, on this occasion at The Club it exceeded my expectations - especially for the price I paid. I was there for a football event and it served all my needs very...

Hotel has always been nice for conferences, but well out of walking distance from the city's major attractions ( unless for camp nou and the football) No problem with the hotel itself, but it's a little pricey as are the food and drinks and i prefer somewhere more central.
