The condo was beautiful, bright, clean and spacious!! It was very comfortable for my family. Kamal was very accommodating and a great host! The only con was that the hot water runs out FAST! Great location. Safe and quiet.
Generally speaking, the apartment itself is well-equipped, with towels, hairdryer and cooking tools etc. The beds are extremely comfortable and the bathroom is clean as well. There are restaurants and 24 hours supermarkets around the apartment where it is super convenient for us.
We stayed in Espais Blaus apartments for 2 weeks. The apartment was exceptionally clean and well organized. A huge thank you to Kamal for check-in and answering all my questions.

Pipps85 accurately described the one-bedroom apartment in March 2017 when they wrote that the bed needs replacing. Two months later, it still needs replacing. One of us found the mattress too uncomfortable (lumpy and saggy) and had to sleep on the reasonably comfortable foam couch....More
Gracia literally stands out from the pack. It used to be an independent town until late into the 19th century. Though it’s just a short commute away from the centre, a visit here feels like you’re in a whole different city. The bohemian vibe has drawn many international artists to this area, resulting in a wide selection of galleries, live music and artsy boutique stores. The nightlife is centered around the
vibrant Gracia’s plaças, where young and old gather to enjoy a drink outside. Carrer de Verdi, its main street, offers affordable restaurants and a movie theatre that screens new as well as classic films in their original language. However Gracia's greatest treasure lies just up the hill at Guell Park, where Antoni Gaudi's vibrant and revolutionary art sculptures stand atop unequaled views of Barcelona.
