Good location, but hostel is not good. You can eat breakfast in hostel but if you pay 5 euro, but this price is very expensive because this breakfast is very poor. Very nice in kitchen is terrace . If you need towel you must pay , room are very small but have a balcon with not good view .

My partner and I stayed in a double room in the hostel. The room was well decorated and spacious with a comfortable double bed. The kitchen and dining facilities were great with everything you could need available. The hostel is ideally located in the centre of Barcelona. It is walking distance to lots of tourist attractions and restaurants as well...

This hostel is the best option in Barcelona, the atmosphere, people, service, location, and the rooms are terrific!!! I like the hipster style and the good vibes that you can feel. Perhaps the only tricky thing you can find is the fact you cant find it a simple view, because the entrance is hidden. Its in the 6th floor or...

Clean accommodations are the best thing this hostel has going for it. Even still, a 10 bed dorm is hardly private. Despite the fact that there were plenty of people staying here, no one is out and about. The atmosphere is less than friendly and it's not easy to make friends. I go to hostels to meet people, not for...

I stayed in this hostel for three nights and I paied extra for a girl only 6 bed bedroom but when I saw the room, I kind of wished I stayed in a normal 10 or 12 bed room because there wasn't any windows in my room and the air conditioning was so horrible because it was blowing directly on...

Stayed for 3 days in July. Entry into the hotel requires you to be buzzed in so you better hope someone is at the front desk. Only had internet for the first day and there was no running water on the last day. Neither time did there seem to be any urgency to correct the problems. The staff was not...

This is a typical large hostel. Our room (a twin private room) was comfortable enough but it was a little dusty. The bathrooms also did not seem that clean and the shower doors didn't lock. There were good common areas and it's a good place to meet people, good location. The staff varied in their friendliness & helpfulness but they...

Excellent hostel and friendly stuff. The location is great, in the heart of Barcelona. Easy to get from the Airport even if you haven't booked shuttle. Overall super experience. If i visit Barcelona again i will go back to this hostel for sure. Highly recommended!

I stayed at this hostel and had a couple of issues, The wifi was broken for 2 days. The beds were very uncomfortable. There was a disgusting smell coming from the trash cans near the kitchen the 3 days I was there. I very diplomatically brought these issues up a few times to three different employees who all gave me...

The Hipstel seemed like a pretty standard hostel, and the common areas are very pretty (and so is the biggest shared room which I spent one night in, huge ceilings and lots of light), except that after a week there my laptop was stolen along with my emergency money. It was left in a padlocked suitcase (because the lockers didn't...

Staying in Eixample

Neighbourhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
