Just visited in January and going again in March it's really nice hotel with lovely rooms and restaurants across the road for when you tired from walking all day and you can just walk across the road for food, nice staff but the only downside was the breakfast, wasn't really much choice and the food wasn't very nice

Really good hotel, nearby to everything and really fine rooms! Close to parks and other kind of touristplaces, easy to find and the reception gave some good tips to visit and were really helpfull. Would visit Barcelona again, and wouldnt hesitate to live there again.

Great 4 star hotel on the edge of the gothic quarter handy for Barceloneta subway station. Staff are friendly and helpful without being in your face. Lovely old building with wrought iron balconies. Inside the rooms have that clean fresh chic going on. Location is ace.

It is difficult to rate this on Tripadvisor, as it is a better than 'average' hotel, but it is not quite 'very good' - even so, I gave it a 4* rating, though I would agree with other users that it is more a top 3* hotel pretending to be a 4*! The room was nice. It was clean, reasonably...

The hotel is modern and clean. My room is quite poetic and beautiful. I enjoyed very much. it is very close to the Train station--it is about 100 meters away. Next time I still like to stay here. Thanks for your good service.

Staying in Barceloneta

Neighbourhood Profile
Barceloneta
Originally a fisherman’s quarter, this quaint area can’t escape its small village feel: laundry hanging over the narrow streets, old ladies clamoring at each other from their balconies and elder gentlemen playing games on short wooden benches gossiping the day away, Barceloneta could double as a film set. Artists line the boardwalk displaying their magnificently detailed sand structures making this the most visited beach in the city (the shirtless men working out might help too). You’ll know by the delicious aroma that you're in the right place to try some of the best and most authentic seafood including paella, Spain’s national dish.
