Dear Client, First of all thank you very much for choosing our hotel for your stay in Barcelona and for the good evaluation you have made of our hotel. The Zenit Borrell team strives every day so that our customers enjoy the best service, adapting to their needs. About the kettle you only need to ask for one at reception and we would put one into your room, because we are changing the models right now and only some types of rooms have one inside the room right now. About the timetable of our Bar & restaurante you can find it on a big wall poster into the reception where you did the check-in, so I dont understand why you complain about it. Also we are not a Bar, so we don´t have license to open the bar at 2am as you wanted, but our receptionist told you were you can find nice bars to have a drink next to us. Regarding the breakfast, it consists of four types of sausages of first quality (Salchichón, Chorizo, Ham and Choped), a selection of cheeses cured, semi-cured and fresh. There are also four types of seasonal fruit peeled and sliced (pineapple, melon, etc.), as well as macedonia and whole fruits like apples and bananas. Three types of pastries, two cakes, chocolate donuts and normal along with marmalades of three varieties, butter, honey, quince and margarine. Of drinks we have water, natural orange juice and two other types that are changed according to season, whole milk, skimmed and soybean where you can put any of the three types of cereals. We do not forget to have gluten-free, whole grain, light marmalade and two specific products for gluten intolerant. And to finish and no less important olive oil, with three types of infusions (garlic, parsley, etc) to be able to make some toasts with tomato crushed in any of the four types of breads we offer. Sure we don´t have a big Hot section because it is not a typical spanish to have this kind of things for breakfast (not for nothing is called english breakfast) but we still give the service to our guest.
